(2) Prior art and its problems Many conventional flat hinges are available that allow adjustment of the mounting position of the door. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 55-122980 is used to adjust the door left and right relative to pillars, etc.
There is a hinge according to the publication. This hinge is made by drilling a rectangular hole in a pillar, etc., fixing the casing in the hole, then inserting one wing plate and a spacer plate into the casing, and adjusting the left and right according to the thickness of the spacer plate. It is something to do. Also, in 1987
As shown in No.-139771 and No. 57-80569, instead of the above-mentioned casing, a spacer plate is fixed in the drilled hole, and the left and right adjustment is made between this spacer plate and one of the blade plates via an adjustment screw. There is something to do. In both cases, not only were there a large number of parts, but the installation work was extremely troublesome. In order to eliminate the above drawbacks, the applicant filed Utility Application No. 57-92977
We provide hinges related to No. This is a device in which a round hole is drilled in a pillar or the like, and left and right adjustments can be made using a cylindrical embedded member screwed into the hole and an adjustment screw of the blade plate.

However, with the above hinges, the mounting position of the door can be adjusted from side to side by adjusting the mounting part such as a pillar, and adjusting the mounting part is troublesome. In addition, the above-mentioned hinge has a mounting portion and a shaft portion that are substantially planar, and has a different structure from a so-called pivot hinge, so it cannot be immediately applied. Here, in a pivot hinge, one mounting member is formed by horizontally bending the supporting plate part with a support shaft erected from a substantially vertical mounting plate part, and the other mounting member is attached to the top and bottom edges of the door instead of the edge of the door. They are each fixedly installed, and are attached by assembling both attachment members, and there has been no provision for adjusting the attachment position.

Further, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 32-4183 discloses an upper bearing adjustment device for a door using a screw shaft, but it has the following drawbacks. Primarily,
Since the screw shafts are provided below the support shaft so as to intersect with each other, the screw shafts are vertically thickened by the amount of intersection, and structurally speaking, the screw shafts cannot be immediately applied to the receiving plate portion of the pivot hinge. In particular, it could not be used as a lower hinge element because the support shaft abuts against the intersecting screw shaft due to the door load. Second, it requires digging on the upper end surface of the door and notching the side surface of the door, making installation cumbersome and limiting the types of doors that can be installed. Thirdly, because the bearing plate is fitted loosely with a gap left in the mounting hole of the receiving plate, dirt and dust may enter the gap, making it impossible to adjust the inclination at a later date. Ta.

By the way, according to the embodiment, the mounting position of the door C can be easily adjusted after the door C is assembled. That is, by rotating the screw shaft 6, the other mounting member 2 is moved in the axial direction of the screw shaft 6 (same as the direction of arrow X) with respect to the support shaft 3 via the bearing plate portion 4. . Therefore, even if the fixing position of the other mounting member 2 with respect to the door C is slightly shifted in the left-right direction, the gap G between the outer frame surface of the door C and the side wall surface of the column D is always suitably adjusted. Moreover, since the mounting position of the door C can be adjusted separately for the upper and lower parts of the door C, the door C can be adjusted in inclination with respect to the pillar D, etc., and assembled in a position that is good in terms of function and appearance.

Further, according to the embodiment, the door C can be assembled more easily than a conventional pivot hinge.
In other words, in conventional pivot hinges, the support shafts were arranged opposite to each other between the support plate parts and the support shafts were attached to the support plate parts, so the other mounting member was fixed to the upper and lower end surfaces of the door, and the connection between the door and the pillar was fixed. After temporarily holding the mounting position by inserting a piece of wood or the like between them, one of the mounting members had to be fixed to a pillar or the like, or one of the supporting shafts had to be made freely retractable. However, in this embodiment, since the upper support shaft 3 is detachably attached to the support plate part 11 and the receiving plate part 21, it can be assembled like a flag hinge.

The feature of this modification is that the male threaded portion 60 of the screw shaft 6
is screwed onto the receiving plate part 21, and a reduced diameter part 64 is formed in the middle part of the screw shaft 6, and the rear part of the bearing plate part 4 is rotatably fitted into this reduced diameter part 64. Therefore, according to this modification, by inserting a tool such as a screwdriver into the cut groove 63 and rotating the screw shaft 6, the reduced diameter portion 64 of the screw shaft 6 is rotated in the axial direction ( In accordance with this forward and backward movement, the other mounting member 2 is moved in the arrow X direction, that is, in the left-right direction, with the support shaft 3 as a reference via the bearing plate portion 4.
