〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、フイルムを自動的カツテイング、ラ
ミネートするオートカツトラミネータの仮付け工
程において、フイルムを基板に仮付けする際に使
用される仮付けゴムに関するものである。 〔従来の技術〕 従来のオートカツトラミネータの仮付け工程に
おいて、フイルムを基板に仮付けする際に使用さ
れる仮付けゴム20は第3図に示すように、基板
に対して平行な平坦部21を備え、該平坦部に続
いて後方部に直ちに段付けきの切欠部22が形成
された形状とされていた。このような形状の仮付
けゴム20を用いて基板にフイルムを仮付けする
と、仮付けゴム20がフイルムを基板に対して押
しつける圧力が段付きの切欠部22の部分で急激
に落ちるために圧力が不安定となり、空気を抱き
込みやすくなる。また、ゴムの硬度が柔らかいた
めに、仮付けする際、前記段付き切欠部22の部
分が変形しやすく、特に段付きの両端部で空気を
抱き込みやすいという欠点があつた。 〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕 本考案は、前記した欠点を解決し、フイルムを
基板に仮付けする工程において、空気の抱き込み
のない仮付けゴムの提供を目的とするものであ
る。 〔問題点を解決する手段〕 本考案は、前記目的を達成するために、真空ベ
イル先端部の仮付けブロツクに装着される仮付け
ゴムの下面の仮付け部を平坦面となし、該平坦面
に続いて後部上方に向けた滑らかなテーパ部が形
成され、かつ、ゴムの硬度を30°〜55°となしたこ
とをその特徴とするものである。 〔作用〕 本考案のラミネータ用の仮付けゴムは、基板に
対して平行な平坦部とそれに続く後部上方に向け
た滑らかなテーパ部とよりなるので、仮付けゴム
がフイルムを基板に押さえると、押さえる圧力が
平坦部よりそれに続く滑らかなテーパ部へと滑ら
かに変化するので、安定した圧力によつてフイル
ムを基板に押さえることができ、また、仮付けゴ
ムの極端な変形がおきにくいので空気の抱き込み
が生じ難いものである。 〔実施例〕 本考案を図面に示す実施例に基づいて説明す
る。 図において、1は真空ペイルであり、該真空ペ
イル1の先端部は仮付けブロツク2とされ、該仮
付けブロツク2の先端前方側に仮付けゴム3及び
ヒータ4が装着される切欠部5が形成され、該切
欠部5に前記した仮付けゴム3の仮付け部を仮付
けブロツク2より張り出す状態で装着し、前記仮
付けゴム3の上方にヒータ4を嵌装し、前記仮付
けゴム3をビス7等で仮付けブロツク2に固定さ
せる固体板6によつて保持する。また、前記した
ヒータ4は通常、常温から80℃位まで加熱される
ので、仮付けゴム3は前記の温度に充分耐えられ
るものであることが好ましい。 前記した仮付けゴム3は、その下面の仮付け部
は平坦面3aとされ、該平坦部3aに続いて後方
上部に向けて滑らかなテーパ部3bが形成されて
いる。そして、前記仮付けゴムの硬度としては
JIS規格によるシユアデイユロメータ硬度計タイ
プDで測定した硬度が30°〜55°好ましくは40°〜
50°とするのがよい。 本実施例は以上のように構成されるもので、基
板Aが搬送されて来て停止したとき、待機してい
る真空ペイル1を下降せしめて、真空ペイル1及
び仮付けブロツク2に真空吸着されているフイル
ムFの先端部を前記基板A先端部に仮付けする
が、この仮付けに当たり、基板Aの表面は微細な
凹凸状の粗面を呈しているため、仮付けゴムが硬
いと基板Aの表面の前記粗面に追随することがで
きず、また、反対に柔らかいと仮付けのためにフ
イルムを基板に押圧するための押圧力を得ること
ができないが、本実施例においては、仮付けゴム
3の硬度30°〜55°、好ましくは40°〜50°としてあ
るので、基板Aの表面が粗面であつても充分に追
随することができ、また仮付けのための押圧力も
保持できるものである。 そして、前記の仮付けゴム3の仮付部は平坦面
3aとされ、しかも該平坦面3aに続いて後方上
部に向けて滑らかなテーパ部3bが形成されてい
るので、仮付けゴム2がフイルムFを基板Aに押
しつける圧力が安定しており、前記の構成のため
にゴムが極端に変形しにくいので空気の抱き込み
が生じにくいものである。 なお、本実施例の仮付けゴム3と従来の仮付け
ゴム20とを実験して比較した結果を次表に示
す。表の判定において○印は仮付けエアーの抱き
込みがなかつたことを示し、×印は仮付けエアー
の抱き込みのあつたことを示す。

であり、また、前記の構成のためゴムが極端に変
形することができないので、この点からも仮付け
時に空気を抱き込みにくいとう実用的な効果を有
するものである。
