2. Description of the Related Art A composite flooring refers to a flooring other than a single-layer flooring composed of wood itself specified in Japanese Agricultural Standards. Generally, as shown in FIG. A wooden veneer 2 is attached to the side, and a protrusion 3 and a concave groove 4 for mutual fitting are provided on the side surface. Depending on the place of use, a plate-like foam material or a veneer made of the same material as the front surface may be attached to the back side of the substrate 1. In the present invention, it does not include the one in which a veneer of the same material as the front side is attached to the back side. The bonding work of the base material 1 and the decorative veneer 2 of the composite flooring is performed by applying an adhesive to the bonding surface side of the base material 1 and stacking the veneer veneer 2. The platen is placed on the lower platen 5 and the upper platen 6 is pressed down by the cylinder 7 to be pressed and adhered. Although the composite flooring is pressed with the flat surface plates 5 and 6 as described above, the wooden veneer 2 often has different properties and habits from its material.
The flat state cannot be maintained after bonding. That is, warpage occurs. In addition, the composite flooring produced by the continuous production operation has no warpage in the same direction and is different.

The above-mentioned warpage is an upward warpage shown in FIG. 3 (hereinafter referred to as a camber). When connecting the composite flooring of the camber to each other, both ends of the camber are pressed down to form a fitting lip. There is a disadvantage that the groove and the groove must be fitted. In addition, if the size of the canvas is large, the flooring and the base are not well adapted to each other, and the flooring floats from the base.

An object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art is to provide a composite flooring with a reverse chamber which is flattened by external stress, rather than by eliminating factors which cause the chamber. To be formed. The reverse kyambar here is
As shown in FIG. 4, the central part is raised with the front side of the wooden veneer facing upward, and both ends are in a ground contact state. The curvature of the inverted chamber is selected depending on the material of the veneer, the moisture content, the environment such as the atmosphere. An appropriate curvature is selected so that there is no internal destruction at the time of pressing, flattening after pressing, and uniformity of the product chamber.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS One embodiment of the present invention will be described. Each of the inverted chambers of the upper platen 8 and the lower platen 9 of the pressing device shown in FIG. 5 is formed into a bent platen having a radius of curvature of 20 m. An adhesive is applied to the surface side of the base material 1 placed on the lower platen 9, the decorative veneer 2 is placed, and the upper platen 8 is pushed down by the cylinder 7 and pressed. Composite flooring is 11mm or 15mm thick
mm, width 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm and length 900 mm were implemented. On the side surface of the base member 5, a protruding edge 3 for fitting and a concave groove 4 are formed.

不都合であった。
In the embodiment in which the radius of curvature of the bending platen is 15 m instead of the above-described embodiment, the bending of the composite flooring after pressing is too strong, and the subsequent processing steps and construction at the site of use are also inconvenient.

On the other hand, a material which has been pressed to a gentle bend having a radius of curvature of 20 m and finished to the curvature has the power to return to the original flat state over time, the temperature and humidity of the atmosphere. Due to such an environment, a gentler curve is formed and approaches a flat surface. However, the once-bent direction is maintained in a reverse chamber state in which the bending direction is the same, and the bending direction does not become the opposite direction.

According to the present invention, there is an effect that the composite flooring is flattened to make it easy to connect, and it is used on a floor or the like so as not to be lifted from the base material.
