被加熱鋼5の底面の温度を検知し制御部3に信号を送っ
て被加熱鋼5の温度を制御する加熱部品6と、加熱コイ
ル2および制御部3を冷却する送風ファン7からなって
おり、トッププレート4の上面に被加熱鋼5を載置して
調理を行なっている。

商様名テフロン)製のシートまたはシリコンゴム材料な
どからなる耐熱シート8を貼着している。そして接着に
はエポキシ樹脂またはシリコンゴムなどをベースとした
耐熱性の接着剤を用いている。耐熱シート8の厚みは0

でき騒音を低くすることができる。
