BACKGROUND ART AND PROBLEMS THEREOF For example, storage furniture is often large and heavy, and once installed, it is often difficult to move it. Some storage furniture is equipped with casters at the bottom end, but this makes the installation unstable, and if the installation surface is a tatami mat or rug, heavy loads will be placed on the casters, making it difficult to install for a long period of time. This is not suitable because it deforms the installation surface. In addition, ease of movement is required for other heavy objects, but in many cases it is not desirable to use moving parts such as casters all the time from the standpoint of stability and aesthetics during installation. .

Means for Solving the Problems The object of the present invention is to provide a support structure for moving a heavy object having a lower end cavity open toward the installation surface, which is provided at each horizontally separated position of the heavy object. a fixed support fixed within the lower end cavity of the heavy object, and a movable member movable with respect to the fixed support and guided by the fixed support along a vertical plane substantially perpendicular to the horizontal separation direction. a support, a moving member attached to the lower surface of the movable support, and a pair of cylindrical winding parts rotatably attached to one of the fixed support and the movable support; , a transmission part that interlocks the pair of winding parts, and a locking part provided on the other support body away from both the winding parts in one direction along the vertical plane;
Both end portions are wound around the two winding portions so as to be unwound from the other winding portion when the winding portion is wound onto one of the two winding portions, and the intermediate portion is attached to the locking portion. The tension member is slidably wound, and a driving part for driving the winding part from outside the space in conjunction with the winding part, and one of the two supports is arranged on the vertical surface. Guide grooves are provided at both ends of the support body spaced apart in the direction along the direction so as to be at the same height from the heavy object installation surface, and the other support body includes an engaging part that engages with the guide groove, The diameter of the winding section and the transmission ratio of the transmission section are such that the product of the diameter of one winding section and the number of rotations is slightly smaller than the product of the diameter of the other winding section and the number of rotations. determined,
As the tensioning member is unwound from the one winding section and wound up to the other winding section, the total winding length by both winding sections gradually increases, and the locking section closes to both the winding sections. It is designed to be drawn toward the winding section,
The guide grooves are provided so as to be inclined parallel to each other along the vertical plane so that the movable support moves diagonally downward in parallel as the locking portion is drawn, and the guide grooves are inclined in the vertical direction of the guide grooves. The length is sufficient for the moving member to adopt a raised position in which it is housed in the lower end cavity of the heavy object and a lowered position in which it protrudes from the lower end cavity based on the parallel movement. This is achieved by a support structure for moving heavy objects, which is characterized by:

FIG. 1 is a vertical sectional side view of the lower part of a wardrobe equipped with a moving support structure according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross sectional view thereof. The moving support structure is usually provided on both the left and right sides of the storage furniture, but the figure shows only one of them. This moving support structure includes a movable support 1 having a rectangular shape in plan view, a fixed support 2 fixed to the inner surface of the architrave D of the storage furniture, and a moving member 3 attached to the lower surface of the movable support 1. , a winding device 4 mounted on the fixed support 2, a drive section 5 for driving and operating the winding device 4 from outside the architrave D, and a locking section 6 provided on the movable support 1; A wire 7 stretched between the winding device 4 and the locking portion 6, and a detent portion 8 are provided. The movable support 1 extends in the depth direction of the architrave D and has a length such that it can move within the architrave D as described below. At both ends of the rising side wall 11 and the support body 1, the side wall 1
1 and an engagement pin 12 protruding from both sides. The distance between the side walls 21 of the fixed support 2 approximately corresponds to the width of the movable support 1, so that the movable support 1 is guided along a vertical plane along the longitudinal direction of the support. It's summery. A guide groove 22 is provided at both ends of each side wall 21 of the fixed support at the same height from the lower surface of the architrave D.
The engagement pin 12 is passed through the groove widthwise direction substantially tightly and engaged. In this embodiment, the guide grooves 22 are provided so as to be inclined downward toward the front of the chest of drawers and parallel to each other. The length of the guide groove 22 in the vertical direction is such that when the engaging pin 12 is at the upper end, the moving member 3, which will be described later, is housed in the architrave D, and when the engaging pin 12 is at the lower end, The length of the moving member 3 is such that it projects downward from the architrave D. The moving member 3 is a swivel caster in this embodiment, and is fixed to the lower surface of both ends of the movable support 1. Of course, the moving member may be constructed as appropriate, such as by using a sliding plate whose bottom surface is coated with a fluororesin or a smooth metal surface. The winding device 4 is composed of one round bar 40 that extends through the fixed support body 2 in the width direction and is rotatably supported. A large-diameter winding portion 42 having a slightly larger diameter than this is provided with approximately the center as a border. The respective diameters can be, for example, 20 mm for the small diameter winding section 41 and 20.5 mm for the large diameter winding section 42. The round bar 40 is provided above the movable support body 1 so as not to hit the movable support body 1 when the movable support body 1 is in the raised position described below.
The drive unit 5 includes a rope pulley 50 that is pivoted on a round bar 40 that protrudes outside the side wall 21, and has both ends wound around the rope pulley 50 and an opening F in the middle that extends to the front upper surface of the bottom plate E of the chest of drawers. The rope 51 is led out through the rope 51. The rope car 50 is a two-tiered car as shown in FIG.
The ends of the ropes are tied together, and the rope is fed out from one stage while the rope is wound up at the other stage at the same time. A pin 52 for anchoring the rope 51 is installed near the window F on the bottom plate E. The locking part 6 is
It is formed by the central portion of the aforementioned engagement pin 12 that extends through both side walls 11 at the front part of the movable support 1 . Although separate rods are attached to both side walls 2
It is also possible to form it by providing it between 1 and 2. The wire 7 is fixed at one end to a small-diameter winding part 41 and at the other end to a large-diameter winding part 42, and is unwound from one winding part and wound to the other winding part by rotation of the round bar 40. It is wound around each winding section 41, 42 so that the winding can be carried out. The middle part of the wire 7 is tensioned via the stop 6 and slides over the stop 6 during the winding movement. The detent portion 8 includes support plates 8 horizontally fixed to the upper and lower ends of both side walls 21 of the fixed support body 2.
0, through holes 81 are provided at positions corresponding to the upper and lower sides, and through holes 82 are also provided in the bottom wall 10 of the movable support 1 at positions corresponding to the holes 81 when the support is lowered,
By passing the bar 83 through these holes 81 and 82, the movable support 1 is configured to be restrained from moving in the front-back direction and to be held in the lowered position.

This moving support structure operates as follows.
In the normal installation state of the chest of drawers, the moving member 3 is housed in the architrave D as shown in FIG. 1, and stable installation is obtained based on the contact between the lower surface of the architrave D and the installation surface.

When moving the chest of drawers, first open the door G, remove part H of the bottom plate E, and attach the rope 51 to one of the rope cars 5.
Pull it out from zero. As a result, the rope pulley 50 rotates together with the round bar 40, and the wire 7 is unwound from the small-diameter winding section 41 and wound onto the large-diameter winding section 42. At this time, the length of the intermediate portion of the wire 7 is shortened by the amount that the total winding length in the winding part increases due to the difference in the product of the diameter and the rotation speed of both winding parts, and as a result, the length of the intermediate part of the wire 7 is shortened by the amount that the total winding length in the winding part increases. will be drawn toward the round bar 40 side.

Therefore, as the rope 51 is pulled, the locking portion 6 of the movable support body 1 is pulled by the wire 7, and the movable support body 1 is moved from the raised position to the rear (to the right in the figure). 22
It moves backward and downward (lower right in the figure) along the groove. As a result, the moving member 3 protrudes below the architrave D, and the chest of drawers is relatively lifted. Bar material 8 of detent part 8
3 through the holes 81, 82 and maintain this state, the chest of drawers can be easily moved based on the moving member 3 (see FIG. 3). Since the movable support 1 is moved in parallel by the mutually parallel guide grooves 22, the chest of drawers can be lifted while maintaining a vertical standing position. The force required to pull the rope 51 is determined by the fact that the product of the diameter and rotation speed of the small diameter winding section 41 is slightly different from the product of the diameter and rotation speed of the large diameter winding section 42.
Since the amount of movement of the locking portion 6 per zero driving rotation speed is small, the force is greatly reduced. In addition, by increasing the ratio of the number of revolutions of the winding device to the amount of movement of the locking part, it is possible to automatically prevent the moving member from returning from the protruding state due to the weight of the chest due to friction between the members. In this case, the detent portion 8 described above can be omitted. After moving the chest of drawers, remove the bar 83 of the detent part 8 from the holes 81 and 82 and pull the rope 51 in the opposite direction.
The moving member 3 is housed in the architrave D by the operation opposite to that described above, and stable installation is again obtained.

It is equipped with a large diameter winding part 46 of a round bar with a slightly large diameter fixed to the other shaft 43 and a spur gear 47,
The spur gears 45 and 47 are equipitch circular and mesh with each other. That is, the product of the diameter of the small-diameter winding section 44 and the rotation speed is made slightly smaller than the product of the diameter of the large-diameter winding section 46 and the rotation speed. Movable support 1
A window 100 is provided in the bottom wall 10 of the movable support to avoid contact with the shaft 43 during movement of the movable support.
is provided. The drive unit 5' is equipped with a two-stage rope wheel 50 as in the above example.
0 is mounted on a shaft 53 between the upper and lower support plates 23. A spur gear 54 is also fixed to the upper part of the shaft 53.
It meshes with a spur gear 56 on the adjacent shaft 55, and the spur gear 56 meshes with a spur gear 47 of the winding device 4'.
The side wall 21 of the fixed support 2 is provided with a window 210 through which the gear 56 passes. A rope guide wheel 57 is attached to the lower surface of the bottom plate E, and the rope 51

In addition, in the above example, by making the diameters of the pair of winding parts slightly different and the rotation speeds the same, (diameter) x
The value of (number of rotations) was made to be slightly different between both winding sections, but by making the diameter of both winding sections the same and the number of rotations slightly different, the value of (diameter) × (number of rotations) (diameter) x (rotational speed) by creating a slight difference in the values, and) in an intermediate case, by making the ratio of the diameters of the two winding sections having greatly different diameters and the inverse ratio of the rotational speed approximately equal. ) is also possible, which produces the same effect as described above. To explain this in accordance with the example shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the diameters of the winding portions 44 and 46 are made equal, and the pitch circle of the spur gear 47 is slightly smaller than the pitch circle of the spur gear 45. This produces a slight difference in the value of (diameter) x (rotation speed), and the same effect as described above can be obtained (equivalent to the above).
Also, the ratio of the diameter of the winding part 46 to the winding part 44 is p
By making the pitch circular ratio of the spur gear 47 to the spur gear 45 slightly smaller than p, a slight difference in the value of (diameter) x (rotation speed) can be produced, and the same effect as described above can be obtained. ).

The magnitude of the difference between (diameter) x (rotation speed) is appropriately determined depending on the weight of the heavy object to which the present mechanism is applied, the driving force that the drive section can provide, and the like. When this mechanism is installed in storage furniture such as a chest of drawers, the difference between (diameter) x (rotation speed) is determined when the winding section with the larger value of (diameter) x (rotation speed) rotates once. It is desirable that the difference between the length of the tensioning member wound into the winding section and the length of the tensioning member paid out from the other winding section is 0.1 mm or more and 20 mm or less. If this difference is smaller than 0.1 mm, the number of revolutions of the winding section required for the moving member to protrude will be large and the time required will be too long. Also, this difference is 20mm
If it exceeds this, the force required to rotate the winding section becomes excessive, making it difficult to operate manually and excessively increasing the size when driven by a motor. From this point of view, in order to obtain a more desirable effect, the difference between the above-mentioned tension member winding length and unwinding length is usually 0.5
It is set to be more than mm and less than 5 mm.

In the above example, the engagement pin 12 is provided on the movable support 1 and the guide groove 22 is provided on the fixed support 2. However, the engagement pin is provided on the fixed support and the guide groove is provided on the movable support. It is also possible to provide one. In this case, it goes without saying that the height of the side wall of the movable support (the height if the movable support is formed solid) is set to be high enough to correspond to the guide groove.

In addition to a structure in which the rope car is manually rotated as described above, various other structures can be adopted, such as a structure in which an electric motor is connected to the shaft of the round bar 40 or the gear 56 and is operated by a switch outside the architrave D. . It is also possible to mount the winding device on the movable support and provide the locking portion on the fixed support.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a support structure for moving heavy objects that has the following effects. That is, in a normal installation state of a heavy object, the moving member is housed in the lower end space, and stable installation is obtained based on the contact between the lower surface of the heavy object and the installation surface. When moving a heavy object, when a pair of cylindrical winding parts attached to one of the fixed support and the movable support is driven from outside the space by the drive part, the pair of winding parts is moved. The section winds up the tensioning member onto one winding section and unwinds it from the other winding section via the transmission section. These 1
The diameter of the pair of winding sections and the transmission ratio of the transmission section are set such that the product of the diameter of one winding section and the number of rotations is slightly smaller than the product of the diameter of the other winding section and the number of rotations. As the tensioning member is fed out and wound up simultaneously, the total winding length by both winding sections gradually increases. This increase in the total winding length of the tension member is
A locking part provided on the other support body and wound around the middle part of the tensioning member is drawn toward both the winding parts. This attraction causes movement of the movable support relative to the fixed support, and the movable support is translated in an oblique direction by the guiding action of the guide groove of one support and the engaging portion of the other support. As a result, the moving member protrudes downward from the lower end cavity of the heavy object, facilitating movement of the heavy object. In this case, the movable support body is moved in parallel by mutually parallel guide grooves provided at the same height, so that a heavy object can be lifted while maintaining a vertical standing posture. In addition, the force required to drive the winding unit by the drive unit is such that the product of the diameter and rotation speed of one winding unit is slightly different from the product of the diameter and rotation speed of the other winding unit. As such, the diameter of the winding section and the transmission ratio of the transmission section are determined, and the amount of movement of the locking section per drive rotational speed of the winding section is small, so the force is reduced accordingly. After moving the heavy object, by operating the drive unit in the opposite direction, the moving member is housed in the space at the lower end of the heavy object, and stable installation can be achieved again.
