PURPOSE:To prevent any erroneous assembling operation by a method wherein some louvers are arranged in the same pitch as that of each of grooves, the louvers and a frame acting as a runner are integrally formed through shafts of the louvers and a gate, the shafts of the louvers are fitted in the grooves of a housing while the assembled state being kept and then the gate of the louvers is cut. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of louvers 3 are disposed at the same pitch as a pitch P and formed by synthetic resin through an integral injection molding with a frame 4. The frame 4 also acts as a runner when the injection molding is carried out, and is connected to louvers 3 by a gate 5. When the louvers 3 are assembled in the case 1, the louvers 3 integrally formed with the frame 4 are pushed into grooves 2 of the case 1 with the shafts 3a of the louvers 3 being aligned with them so as to fit the shafts 3a of the louvers 3 into the grooves 2. The gate 5 for connecting the louvers 3 with the frame 4 is broken with a load slightly larger than that required for fitting the shafts 3a of the louvers 3 into the grooves 2.
