Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は車両の調整空気等の吹出口に設けられ
るフインの連動装置に関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an interlocking device for fins provided at an outlet for regulating air in a vehicle.
車室内に調整空気等を供給するためインストル
メントパネル等に吹出口が設けられ、吹出口には
空気流を右、或は左に、上或は下に調整するため
のフインが設けられる。かかる縦、或は横のフイ
ンは夫々複数設けられ、操作子の操作で組毎に連
動して同方向に向くように連結され、具体的には
ケースに枢着される支点以外の部分に係止ピンを
設け、このピン相互をリンクで連結している。こ
のリンクは従来では硬質の合成樹脂で成形されて
いるため、操作フインを操作すると各フインは直
ちに連動し、その作動も節度感がなく、操作フイ
ーリングの点で必ずしも良好とはいい難く、又任
意フインを停止固定させることも確実に行われ難
い虞れがあり、更に一枚のフインに風圧等が偏向
して作用すると全体が連動して動いてしまい風向

し、且つリンクの係止孔をフインの係止ピンより
若干小さく構成して該フインの係止ピンにリンク
の係止口を圧入嵌合させ、操作フインの操作時に
リンクの弾性撓み作用で各フインの連動に時間遅
れをもたせて節度感を得、操作フイーリングの向
上、位置決め保持の確実化、フインの風圧等によ
る遊動等を防止した車両の吹出口におけるフイン

持ピン7…を係合し、フイン6…は左右に揺動自

イン6…の後部上から載せ、係止孔11…をピン

弾性撓曲作用でたわみ、従つて操作荷重は若干の
時間遅れを伴つて各フインの係止ピンに伝わり、
節度ある好ましい操作フイーリングを得ることが
できる。そして操作後の調整された位置での保持
は、リンク10が弾性体で係止孔、係止ピンの嵌
合が前記の如くであるため保持が確実であり、特
定のフインに風圧が強く作用してもこれの動きは
係止部分間の中間部のわたわみで吸収され、フイ
ン全体が連動して動き、フインの向きが変わるよ

さく構成して該フインの係止ピンにリンクの係止
孔を圧入嵌合したことを特徴とする車両の吹出口
