The above-mentioned planar heater is constructed by winding a heating wire around, for example, a mica plate as an insulating substrate. With this configuration, heat is radiated almost uniformly from the planar heater into the cooking chamber.

Therefore, the degree of heat radiation is different between the front side and the rear side of the heating cooking chamber, and the degree of heat radiation is greater on the front side, that is, on the door side. For this reason, the temperature at the front side of the heating cooking chamber tends to drop, and the food to be cooked becomes unevenly heated, resulting in uneven cooking. Particularly when toasting is being done, the cooking time is short, which makes the toasting even more uneven.

The amount of heat generated becomes approximately equal, and as a result, the temperature distribution within the cooking chamber becomes approximately uniform, making it possible to prevent uneven cooking as much as possible.

A planar heater 4 is mounted and fixed on a mounting plate 5 via a heat insulating member 6 below. Thereby, the planar heater 4 is disposed along the front-rear direction, for example, on the bottom surface of the inner surface of the heating cooking chamber. Further, the heating cooking chamber is rotatably provided with a door (not shown) that opens and closes the front opening thereof. The planar heater 4 will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.

It is composed of 0 in between. The front heating element 9 is constructed by winding a heating wire 12 made of nichrome wire or the like around an insulating substrate, such as a mica plate 11. Similarly, the rear heating element 0 is constructed by winding a heating wire 4 made of nichrome wire or the like around an insulating substrate, for example, a mica plate 13.

For this reason, during cooking, even if the front opening of the cooking chamber is closed with a door, so that the degree of heat dissipation from the front side, that is, the door side, is large, residual heat remains on the front and rear sides of the cooking chamber. The amount of heat produced is almost the same. As a result, the temperature distribution in the heating cooking chamber becomes almost uniform, so that the food stored in the heating cooking chamber is heated almost uniformly, and uneven cooking can be prevented as much as possible.

.. When manufacturing the heating wire 10, the heating wires 12 and 14 of the same diameter and the same material are simply changed in the number of turns, so manufacturing is simple and the cost is low.

It may also be used as a configuration. Further, in the above embodiment, two heating elements 9 and 10 are provided, but the present invention is not limited to this, and one or three or more heating elements may be provided. Here, when three or more heating elements are provided, the number of turns of the heating wire of the heating element placed on the door side may be increased. Also, 1
In the case of providing two heating elements, it is sufficient to fold the heating wire around one mica plate in the left-right direction and to increase the number of turns of the heating wire on the door side.Furthermore, in the above embodiment, Although the planar heater 4 is provided on the inner bottom surface of the heating cooking chamber, it may be provided on the upper surface or the inner surface instead.
