生理活性、特に茶ポリフェノールの生理活性については

茶よりポリフェノールを製造する方法も報告されている

ールを効率よく製造する方法を見出し、本発明を完成し

すなわち本発明は、茶を水で抽出し、得られた抽出液を
濃縮した後、親水性有機溶媒を加え高分子物質などを不
溶化して除き、次いで有機溶媒を加え分配抽出し、有機
溶媒層を分取することを特徴とする茶ポリフェノールの

実施例
煎茶1kgを90°Cの熱水10!で1時間攪拌しなが
ら抽出し、茶葉をろ過により除き、8.3fの抽出液を
