Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture green tea polyphenol of high purity effectively and easily by extracting green tea with water and treating the extract in a specified manner. CONSTITUTION:Green tea (e.g. Sencha) is extracted with water, the extract soln. is conc., a hydrophilic org. solvent (e.g. acetone) is added, the resulting mixture is shaken with an org. solvent (e.g. ethyl acetate), and the org. layer is taken out.

そこで、本発明者らは検討を重ねた結果、茶ポリフェノ
ールを効率よく製造する方法を見出し、本発明を完成し
た。

すなわち本発明は、茶を水で抽出し、得られた抽出液を
濃縮した後、親水性有機溶媒を加え高分子物質などを不
溶化して除き、次いで有機溶媒を加え分配抽出し、有機
溶媒層を分取することを特徴とする茶ポリフェノールの
製造方法に関する。

ら抽出し、茶葉をろ過により除き、8.3fの抽出液を

ノールの製造方法。
