に無理がある為、正確なる位置決めが難しく、又眼鏡枠
体に直接蝶番を加熱させた状態で圧入して連結させる方
式をとっても、作業者が機械的に正確に位置決めするこ
とは非常に困難であることにより、眼鏡枠体とつるの周
側面とにズレ・段差が生じる結果となって商品価値を低
下させる欠点を有していた。

番基盤9のフランジ部11が座ぐり部7に密に嵌合する
ため、つる取付部2の所定位置に正確に、而も容易に蝶
番基盤9を埋設固定出来ると共に、蝶番基盤9のフラン
ジ部11が座ぐり部7に当接した状態で埋設されること
により、セラミック板体4の融着強度が更に一段と強固
となり、セラミック板体4の製品完了後の剥離等の不具
合を未然に防止することが出来、従って上記各工程を全
く独立させて行うだけで従来の様に各工程毎に必要であ
る熟練作業や眼鏡枠としての最終工程における最終調整
作業を全く不要にして作業性、コスト等を著しく向上さ
せることが出来る。
