【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)原管に設けた取着口に分岐管接続用の受口短管を
取着する分岐管継手において、原管における取着口周縁
部の内面側に位置する受口短管の先端に、該取着口周縁
部の内面に係止できる複数の係止部を設け、原管におけ
る取着口周縁部の外面側に位置する受口短管の外周部に
、上方に突出する筒状の膨出部を有し、該膨出部の壁内
に原管の外面に向かって開口する環状凹溝を有し、該取
着口周縁部の外面に接するサドルを装着し、受口短管の
外周部における上記係止部と上記サドル装着部との間に
、原管肉厚以上の幅をもって原管の取着口の内径部に臨
むと共に上部が該取着口周縁部の外面に当接するゴム輪
を装着し、受口短管の外周部に設けたスラスト受部と上
記サドルとの間に、回転自在な操作リングを介装し、該
操作リングの回転操作によって該操作リングに設けた凹
凸係合部と、受口短管側のスラスト受部またはサドルに
設けた凹凸係合部との係合位置を調整することにより、
原管およびサドルに対して受口短管の前記係止部を引き
上げ、ゴム輪を圧縮変形させて取着口内径部に圧着させ
得るようにしたことを特徴とする分岐管継手。
