Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a rubber tire having excellent visibility in night and effective for preventing traffic accidents by adding a light-reflecting substance such as glass beads or a luminous paint to a tire-forming rubber material with stirring, molding the mixture into the tire, and subsequently vulcanizing the tire in which the light-reflecting substance is dispersed on all surfaces, etc., of the tire. CONSTITUTION:A rubber material 1 for forming a tire is mixed with a light- reflecting substance 2 such as glass beads or a luminous paint with stirring, molded into the shape of the tire 3, and subsequently vulcanized to provide the objective rubber tire 3 in which the light-reflecting substance is dispersed on all surface of the tire 3 or in the tire 3.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The above-mentioned conventional rubber tires in which the sidewall surface is coated with white or other paint in a ring shape require a separate painting process to be added after the tire itself is formed, which increases costs. At the same time, the painted part is not the entire surface of the tire, but only a portion of the sidewall surface.

The present invention was devised to solve the above problems in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the present invention simply involves stirring and mixing a light-reflecting substance such as glass beads or luminous paint into the tire molding material and molding the tire. It peels off the entire surface very easily,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a rubber tire that can always serve as a light reflecting surface without being damaged or disappearing due to wear.

To explain using FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 corresponding to the example,
In the rubber tire according to the present invention, a tire 3 is formed by stirring and mixing a light-reflecting substance 2 such as glass beads or luminous paint into a tire-molding rubber material 1, and the light-reflecting substance 2 is scattered on the entire surface and inside of the tire 3. It is characterized by:

Therefore, even if the rubber tire 3 of the present invention is irradiated with light from any direction, such as the front-rear direction or the lateral direction, the light will be reflected and emit light. This light reflection effect will cause the tire tread, etc., to wear out even if the tire tread etc. are worn out. Since a new light-reflecting substance 2 is exposed, it is impossible for the light to be constantly maintained and not damaged.

Effects of the Invention The present invention is as described above, and the rubber tire 3 has light reflecting substances 2 such as glass beads or luminous paint evenly scattered on its entire surface and inside, so that its entire surface always forms a light reflecting surface. However, even if light is irradiated onto the rubber tire 3 from any direction, such as the front-rear direction or the side direction, the light is reflected and emitted, so visibility, especially at night, is greatly improved.
It has the effect of preventing traffic accidents. In particular, in a vehicle equipped with the rubber tires of the present invention, the tread surface of the tire 3 reflects the light irradiated from directly behind and emits light, so it can play the same role as a conventional taillight or sidemarker light, and can play the same role as a conventional taillight. ,
It is possible to omit the installation of side lights, which helps to save resources, and at the same time, even when the vehicle is stopped or parked on the road without any lights on, the tires 3 reflect light and prevent rear-end collisions.

Even when the tire tread or the like is worn, a new light-reflecting substance 2 is exposed on the newly worn surface, so that the above-mentioned light-reflecting effect is always maintained stably.
