Abstract

PURPOSE:To lower the overall height of a stator and facilitate the connection of a winding terminal and remove wire breaking by sliding the positions of the winding terminal connections of the terminal pins projected outside of a stator iron core in a radial direction of the stator iron core and toward the center shaft. CONSTITUTION:The more outside of a stator core the terminal pin 4 is positioned, the shorter the length on the side of the winding terminal connection 4b is made, and the terminal pins 4 are set in the catching means 3 of an insulator 1 by catching the terminal parts 4a for connector and the winding terminal connections 4b with the elements projected outside of the stator iron core 2, and then winding 6 is wound. The winding terminal 7 is supported in the V groove 8 of the guide projection 9, and then it is wrapped on the winding terminal connection 4b of the terminal pin 4, and further those are connected by soldering. In this condition, mold resin is injected so that the terminal part 4a for connector of the terminal pin 4 may be exposed to outside, thus the stator iron core 2, the insulator 1, the winding 6, and the winding terminal connection 4b are formed integrally.

Further, the lengths of the winding connection end portions 54a are equal, and the outer annular portion 6
0a and 60b and the inner annular portions 61a and 61b, there is a problem in that it is not easy to connect and solder the winding end 57a to the winding connection end 54a. Ta. Furthermore, during molding, there was a risk that winding ends of different phases would come into contact with each other due to the flow pressure of the resin, resulting in a layer short circuit.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a stator core having slots, an abbreviated terminal bin having a connector terminal portion and a winding end connection portion, and the stator core. an insulator having clamping means for protruding toward the outer diameter side of the stator core and clamping the connector terminal part and the winding end connection part of the terminal bin on substantially the same surface as the contact surface thereof; and the winding of the terminal bin. The length of the terminal connection part side is so short that it is located on the outer diameter of the stator core. A support means for supporting the terminal end of the winding is provided, the connector terminal portion of the terminal bin is exposed, and the two stator core windings and the winding terminal connection portion of the terminal bin are integrally molded and solidified with resin. This is the structure of the stator of a resin molded motor.

According to the above-described configuration, the position of the winding end connecting portion of the terminal bin protruding toward the outer diameter side of the stator core is shifted in the radial direction and central axis direction of the stator core, so that the winding end is not connected to the winding end. When connecting the winding end to the stator core outer diameter side so that the winding end and terminal pin are on the same plane as the contact surface with the stator core so that other winding end connections do not get in the way. Since the connection is made at a protruding position, the overall height of the stator can be lowered, and the winding terminal connection section where the winding terminals are tied together can be directly immersed in the solder bath. Since the insulator is supported by the support means of the insulator, connected to the terminal bin, and resin molded, it is also possible to prevent winding ends of different phases from coming into contact with each other due to the flow pressure of the resin.

Embodiment Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. As shown in the figure, a clamping means 3 for clamping an abbreviated terminal pin 4 is provided on substantially the same surface as the contact surface with the stator core 2 of the insulator l integrally molded with the stator core 2. In the above configuration, the terminal bin 4 is attached to the clamping means 3 of the insulator 1 so that the length of the terminal bin 4 located on the outer diameter side of the stator core 2 is formed short on the winding terminal connection part 4b side. After sandwiching the connector terminal portion 4a and the winding end connection portion 4b with the stator core 2 protruding in the outer radial direction, the winding 6 is wound thereon. The winding end 7, which is the end of winding of the winding 6, is supported in the V-groove 8 of the guide protrusion 9, and then wrapped around the winding end connection part 4b of the terminal pin 4, and then connected by soldering and winding processing. ends. In this state, molding resin 10 is injected so as to expose the connector terminal portion 4a of the terminal bin 4 to the outside, and the stator core 2, insulator 1, winding 6, and winding terminal connection portion 4b are integrally molded. do.

In the above embodiment, the guide protrusion 9 having the V-groove 8 was used as the support means 5, but as another means, it may be used as a guide protrusion that wraps around the winding terminals 7. Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, according to the present invention, an abbreviated terminal bin having a connector terminal portion and a winding end connection portion is brought into contact with the stator core of the insulator. A terminal bin located on the outer diameter side of the stator core is formed with a short length on the winding terminal connection side and held on the same plane as the stator core, and a terminal bin is placed near the holding means for holding the terminal bin. By providing a support means for supporting the winding terminal, the position of the winding terminal connection part of the terminal bin protruding toward the outer diameter side of the stator core is shifted in the radial direction and central axis direction of the stator core. Therefore, the adjacent winding terminal connection area does not get in the way when winding terminals are tied together, making it easy to connect the winding terminals to the winding terminal connection area, making it easy to connect the winding terminals and terminal pins. Since the connection is made at a position that protrudes outside the stator core on approximately the same surface as the contact surface with the stator core, it is possible to directly dip the winding terminal connection part of the terminal bin where the winding terminals are tied together into the solder bath. Because of this structure, the time required for binding and soldering the winding terminals can be shortened, and the high-quality construction eliminates contact between windings of different phases, which can cause layer shorts. It is possible to provide a stator for a resin molded motor that is effective in making it possible to manufacture a thin motor without increasing its length.
