Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the heating effect by providing a transfer pipe one end opening of which is communicated with the interior of a vessel having an operating fluid sealed therein and the other end portion of which is disposed at the back of a back supporter of a passenger's seat, and heating/warming the back supporter by use of steam obtained by heating of the operating fluid. CONSTITUTION:The heating apparatus for vehicle has a heater means 4 longitudinally extended under a passenger's seat 3, which heater means 4 has a reflection plate 8 in which are supported heat generators 9 each consisting of a sheathed wire. In this heating apparatus, a vessel 10 having an operating fluid 11 such as water or ammonia sealed therein is disposed in a space at the back of the heater means 4 under the passenger's seat 3. Further, there are provided a transfer pipe 12 having one end portion 12a whose opening is communicated with an upper space portion of the vessel 10 interior, and the other end portion 12b disposed at the back of a back supporter portion 3a, and a sheathed wire heater 13 whose heat generation portion is immersed in the operating fluid 11 in the vessel 10 for direct heating thereof. Electricity is supplied to the heat generator 13 whose heat generation heats and vaporizes the operating fluid 11 in the vessel 10 to heat and warm the back supporter portion 3a via the transfer pipe 12.

The heat of this reflecting plate (8) is absorbed by one side (14a) of a heat pipe (14) placed in contact with the back surface of the reflecting plate (8). The absorbed heat heats and vaporizes the working fluid sealed inside, removes the heat from the reflecting plate (8) as latent heat of vaporization, and moves through the heat pipe (14) to the other side (14b). The vapor of the working fluid that has moved to the other side (14b) of the heat pipe (I4) is transferred to the other side (14b) of the heat pipe (I4).
b) Since the temperature is lower than that of the seat sheet (the rear part of the button backrest part (3a) or the reflector plate (8)), it condenses and liquefies.
The latent heat of condensation is released to the rear part of the backrest (3a) to heat the backrest (3a). The condensed and liquefied working fluid flows along the inner wall surface of the heat pipe (14) and flows back to one side (14a) of the heat pipe (14). By repeating this natural movement of the heat pipe (14), the reflector (8)
) can be transferred to the backrest (3a) of the seat (3) to warm it, thereby warming the backs of passengers sitting on the seat (3) without the need for other heat sources. Can provide efficient heating.

As explained above, this invention is provided with a container body which is disposed below the seat and has a working fluid sealed therein, and the heat generating part on one side penetrates one side wall of the container body and enters the working fluid inside the container body. The working fluid is directly heated and vaporized by the immersed sheathed wire heating element, and the heat of the sheathed wire heating element is taken away as latent heat of vaporization and transferred from one side of the transmission pipe to the other side of the transmission pipe. Since the backrest or seat area of the seat notebook is heated, it is possible to warm the passengers seated on the seat, allowing them to commute under comfortable heating, which has high practical value. You can get a heating system for your vehicle.
