いる空気冷却器7と、フアン8とから主に構成さ
れており、車内の空気はフアン8により空気冷却

如く循環しながら空気冷却器7で冷却され、走行
中のベルトコンベア2上に載置された食品を凍結
庫1内を通過し終るまでにバラ凍結するのであ
る。又例えば、中形えび等はブロツク凍結(氷塊
中に閉じ込めた状態の凍結)に適しており、一
方、中小鮮魚はラウンド凍結(魚体そのままの凍
結)に適しており、又、農産物をブロツク凍結す
ることも行われる。このようなブロツク凍結やラ
ウンド凍結に最適な凍結装置として例えば第7図
の正面から透視的に見た説明図に示す如きエヤブ
ラスト式凍結装置が選択使用されている。第7図
に示すエヤブラスト式凍結装置は、例えば棚式台
車4′を凍結庫1内に滞留させるための滞留室3
と、その上方に凍結庫内壁との間に間隙を有する
床上に設置されている空気冷却器7と、フアン8
とから主に構成されている。このエヤブラスト式
凍結装置を使用するには、滞留室3に滞留されて

稼動率が非常に低くなる問題点があつた。

トコンベア2のベルトとして通気性の材質のもの
を使用している。又図示した実施例では第3図に
示す如くベルトコンベア2として2個のベルトコ
ンベアを段差を設けて接続した状態で使用してい
るが1個のベルトコンベアでも良い。3は通気性
のベルトコンベア2から側方に向つて延設されて
凍結庫1内を上下に仕切る隔壁5の下方に位置し
てベルトコンベア2の通気入側に連通しており、

5は第1図に示すように、ベルトコンベア2の通
気出側からの冷気を滞留室3内に循環させるため
にベルトコンベア2と反対側の先端と庫内壁との

ンを載置した棚式台車4′を第2図に示す矢印Z
の方向から扉1bを開けて開口部1aから滞留室
3に搬入して並べて置き、所定の凍結状態に達し
た後に反対側の開口部1aから矢印Z′の方向に棚
式台車4′を搬出するのである。この場合、ベル

には上記2つの使用を同時に行うことも出来る。

たない従来の凍結装置でも凍結装置毎に必要な
ところ、本考案装置においては2つの凍結機能
を併有していることにより、トータル設備コス
トにおける空気冷却設備の比率を大幅に低減す
ることが出来る。 () 本考案装置は連続式トンネルフリーザ及
びエヤブラスト式凍結装置としての各使用を同
時に行うことが出来るから、凍結状態を異にし
て複数種の食品を凍結する場合にそれらの2種
の食品を同時に並行して凍結することが出来る
ことから、例えば本考案装置の凍結能力の絶対
量を10とするなら2種の食品の凍結量比率を
3:7とか6:4の如く使い手の自由裁量で決
めることができる。 () 本考案装置は2つの凍結機能を1つの凍
結装置に備えたことにより、1つの凍結機能し
か持たない従来の凍結装置に比べ、凍結装置の
設置面積が少なくて済み、設備コストの低減に
寄与する。 以上の如き効果及び利点を有する本考案は、冷
凍食品を安価に供給してその需要を益々増大せし
めるのに貢献する所大なるものがある。
