Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve efficiency in wiring for electric installation by a method wherein wall panels over which horizontal and vertical grooves are provided are erected so that the grooves of the adjoining panels are communicated with each other, and wiring from the inside of a ceiling and from the underside of a floor that are taken into the vertical grooves are guided with the horizontal grooves toward the horizontal directions, and covers provided with openings to which blind plates or plates for plug receptacles can be attached are fitted to the grooves. CONSTITUTION:A vertical groove 4 is dug at the center of each of wall panels 1, and a horizontal groove 5 that intersects horizontal the vertical groove 4 is provided to a place slightly downward to the lower end of the panel. An outlet box is fixed to a lower position on some of the vertical grooves 4 and a plug receptacle 6 is attached there. Wiring from the inside of a ceiling, from the underside of a floor or a carpet are taken into the groove 4, and are branched out to other places through the grooves 5. A cover 7 is fitted to each of the horizontal grooves 5 and the vertical grooves 4, and plates for plug receptacles 6 are attached to openings 9 provided to the covers 7.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a wiring method for electrical equipment in a building, and more particularly to a wiring method for electrical equipment in a building that is suitable for the dry type 1 method.

(Prior art) For example, in conventional electrical wiring, a conduit pipe is bound to the reinforcing steel that makes up the wall with wire, and an outlet box is attached to the end of the conduit with the lid attachment part exposed on the surface. There is.

For this reason, equipment such as conduit pipes, outlets, switches, etc. must be placed in the formwork to avoid reinforcing bars prior to concrete pouring, and must be installed between reinforcing bars and formwork assembly. During interior construction, a joint frame was applied to the surface of the outlet box, and when a finishing board was installed on the wall, this board was also provided with an opening that faced the outlet box.

The current situation is that these methods are almost universally adopted because they are preferable and effective from the viewpoint of not exposing the equipment, that is, from the point of view of appearance. Previously, this had to be done in between reinforcing reinforcement, formwork assembly, etc., and the latter had to be done in between the erection of studs, prior to the installation of base and finishing boards, etc.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) Therefore, with the above-mentioned conventional means, the construction can be completed within a short period of time, taking advantage of the gaps between reinforcing reinforcement, formwork assembly, stud assembly, etc., and the time required to secure openings for finishing materials. etc., it is difficult to select the timing of construction, and there is almost no flexibility, so there is a drawback that sudden construction is often forced, and electrical wiring once installed,
It was almost impossible to change the location or add more equipment.

In order to install a large number of electronic office equipment, a large number of outlets and switches are required, and the location of these devices and devices is often changed beyond the original plan, making it necessary to add and change wiring and equipment. However, conventional wiring methods have the disadvantage that they can hardly meet this need.

In view of the above circumstances, the purpose of the present invention is to make it easy to select the timing of construction, to change the position of wiring and appliances, and to add them, while basically simplifying embedded wiring with a single main component. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wiring method for electrical equipment that can be applied to electrical equipment, is inexpensive, and has good workability.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the wiring method for electrical equipment of the present invention differs from the conventional method of embedding appliances such as conduit pipes, outlets, and switches inside concrete walls or boards. Completely different from conventional methods, this retrofitting method does not have any negative impact on the frame construction or base material assembly work, and has good consistency with the underfloor wiring. It is possible to install horizontal grooves, which correspond to wiring ducts, on the surface of the wall panel in advance. A vertical groove is provided, and then the wall panels are built so that the liquid grooves of the wall panels are adjacent to each other and communicate with each other, the ceiling wiring and the underfloor wiring are taken in the vertical groove, and the wiring is installed in the horizontal groove. Along with guiding in the horizontal direction,
After wiring, install an outlet box in the vertical and horizontal grooves.
When an outlet or the like is installed, a lid with an opening through which an outlet plate or a blind plate can be attached is fitted in a corresponding position. Alternatively, in order to simplify the structure of the wall panel, a horizontal groove corresponding to a wiring duct is provided on the surface of the wall panel in advance, and then a tube corresponding to a wiring duct having a thickness flush with the finished surface of the wall panel is formed. A line gutter is prepared, and when the wall panel is installed, the line gutter is placed adjacent to the panel at an arbitrary interval, and has an opening that communicates with the attic, under the floor, and the horizontal groove of the panel. Vertical wiring is carried out in the line gutter, such as by taking ceiling wiring and underfloor wiring into the line gutter, and horizontal wiring is carried out in the horizontal groove of the wall panel. When installing an outlet box, outlet, etc. inside the gutter,
A lid with an opening into which an outlet plate or blind plate can be attached is fitted in corresponding locations.

(Function) Finished wall panels, partition wall panels, steel partitions, and other wall panels have grooves that correspond to wiring ducts, so the vertical grooves are used to route V cables under the ceiling or under the floor. etc., directly into the vertical groove,
Depending on the intended wiring direction, it is possible to pass the wire through a horizontal groove and then through another vertical groove and return it to the floor or ceiling, or to install an outlet in the groove of the wall panel and wire it there. .

Here, as for the surface of the wall panel, if both the front and back surfaces become walls by partitioning the indoor space, both the front and back surfaces will be the surface of the wall panel, so there will be horizontal grooves and vertical grooves on both surfaces. A groove will be provided.

Considering the strength of the wall panel and the use of reinforcing members, it is desirable to have fewer vertical and horizontal grooves in the wall panel. A line gutter that communicates with the floor is installed separately, simplifying the structure of the wall panels.

In this way, in addition to ceiling wiring and underfloor wiring, wall panels are used as wiring areas, giving freedom and flexibility in the construction period and timing of electrical equipment, and making it easy to hide various changes in the existing building. This can be done with wiring.

(Effects) As explained above in detail, the wiring method for electrical equipment of the present invention provides vertical and horizontal grooves corresponding to wiring ducts in the wall panel itself, and connects the wiring with wiring devices in the ceiling and under the floor. Therefore, compared to the floor surface which is restricted by the open surface due to installed objects, the wall surface has a wide open surface, which not only provides flexibility in the construction period but also facilitates post-construction to accommodate changes in existing equipment or repositioning. There is an effect that can be done.
