A method is used in which the plate is cut to an appropriate thickness using a peripheral cutter such as a side milling cutter. At this time, the block 2 is attached to the fixing base 1 through an adhesive called wax.
It is placed on top and fixed with an adhesive force that allows it to be removed after cutting, and the cutting with the peripheral blade cuts deeply to the point where it reaches the fixed base 1. Further, each of the cut ferrite plates 20... is finished to a predetermined external dimension by grinding.

It may come off from the fixed base 1, and because it flies off from the cutting edge, there is an inconvenience that it causes roughness in the cutting, such as so-called burrs, at the last cutting site.

Therefore, the fixing base 1 has to be replaced frequently, which causes an undeniable increase in cost.

The feature is that the block is cut to a depth that leaves only a slight uncut portion without cutting deep enough to reach the table, and then, after removing the block from the fixed table, the uncut portion is removed by grinding. (Function) According to the method described above, during the cutting process, the cut ferrite plate is not completely separated from the block, but is connected at the uncut part, and the block is placed on the fixed table. It remains fixed on the surface it is placed on. Further, since an uncut portion is left on the block, no cutting groove is naturally formed on the fixing table.

The cutting is performed at a depth such that a slight uncut portion A remains without cutting, and this uncut portion A is removed by grinding, thereby obtaining separate ferrite plates 20 . . . .

By grinding or rotary grinding. Further, the separated ferrite plates 20 are formed into desired external dimensions by final grinding as in the conventional method.

It doesn't fly off. Therefore, cutting can be performed with good accuracy without causing roughness in cutting such as so-called paris.

It can be fixed and cut with good precision. In this case, since the fixed base 1 can be used repeatedly, there is no need for the trouble of replacing it as in the conventional case, which is advantageous from an economic point of view.

In other words, conventional finishing grinding allowances have roughness of cutting such as burrs, so a slightly larger amount was set in anticipation of this, but with the present invention, the roughness of cutting can be reduced. Since this does not occur, the finishing grinding allowance can be set appropriately and there is no waste.

The uncut portions are connected, so they do not come apart, and therefore do not have rough edges such as cracks, and can be cut with good precision.
