Abstract

PURPOSE:To push out a fluid substance easily even when the remaining quantity becomes less by a method wherein a inner bag is equipped in an elastic outer container equipped with a check valve, and straightening fins are equipped on the inner bag itself. CONSTITUTION:An inner bag 21 equipped with a straightening fin is provided in an elastic outer container 1 equipped with a check valve 3. The inner bag 21 has straightening fins 211 which corrugate one side surface of the inner bag 21 in the vertical direction, and straightening fins 212 which corrugate the other side surface in the lateral direction. When a fluid substance is placed in the inner bag of the duplex container equipped with straightening fins on the inner bag itself, and the outer container is pressed by hand, air between the outer container and the inner bag is compressed, and the inner bag is compressed from the periphery, and the fluid substance is pushed up through grooves formed by the straightening fins which are provided on the inner bag.

Description

[Detailed description of the invention] (Industrial application field) The present invention relates to containers for dispensing fluids.

(Prior Art) In the conventional method, a liquid such as oil or honey was directly poured into a heavy container.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Since the interior surface of the conventional double container is flat, it is difficult for the remaining fluid to come out.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a double container equipped with rectifying fins on the inside of the container itself, which allows the fluid to be easily pushed out even when there is little remaining.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above object, the double container according to the present invention is provided with rectifying fins on the interior itself.

(Function) When a fluid is put into the interior of the double container configured as described above and the interior itself is equipped with rectifying fins, and the outer container is pushed by hand, the air between the outer container and the bag is compressed. The interior is compressed from the surroundings, and the fluid is pushed upwards through the grooves formed by the rectifying fins provided on the interior.

(Example) Examples will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a double container in which an inner container 21 provided with rectifying fins is provided inside an elastic outer container 1 provided with a check valve 3.

In addition, one side of the interior may have small irregularities and grooves may be formed vertically and horizontally.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention is configured as described above, it produces effects as described below.

By installing rectifying fins on the interior, even if the bag is flattened when there is little fluid remaining, the fluid will be pushed upward through the gap created by the rectifying fins provided on the interior, so that the lower part of the bag will be pushed up. All fluids can be pushed out without accumulating.

[Claims] (1) A double-layered container comprising an inner part inside an elastic outer container equipped with a check valve, where the inner part is provided with rectifying fins and the inner part itself is provided with rectifying fins.
