で超音波が及ぼされるが、該超音波の周波数は通常15
−’−40Kcで超音波を及ぼす時間は通常5〜10分
程度とする。超音波を及ぼしつ\あるいは超音波を及ぼ
した後、該密閉容器内を加圧するが、この際及ぼされる

該排液パイプ(6)にはバルブ(6)Aが取付られてい
る。更に該密閉容器(1)内には超音波発生装置(7)
