Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a combined cloth wish unique, diversified color by yarn dyeing with a durene-based dye of cellulose-based wool or yarns and then by piece dyeing of a cloth, comprising the resultant wool or yarns and another kind of wool or yarns, using another kind of dye. CONSTITUTION:Cellulose-based wool or yarns is first put to yarn dyeing with a durene-based dye. The resulting wool or yarns is then blended with another kind of cellulose-based wool or yarns or protein-based wool or yarns into a cloth. This cloth is then put to piece dyeing using another kind of dye (e.g. acid dye), thus obtaining the objective cloth of such excellent fastness as not to be found in conventional combined yarns, also having unique color tone sense.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a new dyeing method that combines yarn dyeing and piece dyeing to make it possible to individually and variously change the color tone of a fabric. [Prior Art] It has been well known to perform cotton dyeing or yarn dyeing as yarn dyeing and then use this to make fabric. There are also attempts to add additional dyeing (piece dyeing) to such yarn-dyed cotton or yarn, or to fabrics made using the same, to change the sense of color tone.

In the conventional dyeing method using a combination of yarn dyeing and piece dyeing as described above, depending on the history of the yarn dyeing, commercial value is often lost due to fastness and bleed. In order to overcome this problem, it has been considered to perform a color-stopping treatment to prevent bleeding, but depending on the degree of treatment, it may interfere with the absorption of dye during piece dyeing. The problem of poor fastness also arises due to the addition of .

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention involves dyeing cellulose-based cotton or yarn with a threne-based dye, and then adding cellulose-based cotton or yarn or protein fibers different from the cotton or yarn to the cellulose-based cotton or yarn. The method is characterized in that after a fabric is made by mixing the cotton or yarn of the above, the fabric is piece-dyed with a dye other than the above-mentioned thren dye.

Next, the cellulose-based cotton or yarn dyed in this way is mixed with the cellulose-based cotton or yarn or protein-based fiber cotton or yarn to make a quality product. As protein-based fibers, natural fibers such as wool and silk can be used. In addition to the synthetic protein fibers (such as Promix Q & Fisinone ■), it is also used as a vine. In addition, as a mode of blending, different types of fibers are mixed to make a blended yarn, which is then knitted and woven to make a fabric, or yarns prepared by separately spinning different types of fibers are used to mix and weave. It can be made into cloth or mixed using threads of yarn-dyed cellulose fibers and threads of other types of undyed fibers (other cellulose fibers or protein fibers)! Weaving (for example, yarn-dyed cellulose fiber yarn is used for the lattice part and wool fabric yarn is used for the other parts to create a lattice pattern fabric), or one of the yarns used for mixed weaving is different. Various embodiments can be adopted, such as spinning yarn using colored cotton yarn dyed with a thren-based dye and weaving the other yarn as, for example, undyed silk yarn.

Next, the knitted fabric prepared by mixing these cottons or yarns is piece-dyed with a TK material other than the thren dye used in the yarn-dying process. The dye used for this piece dyeing is a dye other than the thren dye used for yarn dyeing of cellulose-based cotton or thread, and a cellulose-based cotton or thread or protein-based fiber that is mixed with the above-mentioned cotton or thread. A dye that can be dyed is used.

Typically, when protein fibers are used as the mixed fibers, acidic dyes are used. Note that the color range of the dye used for piece dyeing can be changed appropriately depending on the desired hue feeling required for the product. For example, the color tone of the piece-dyed dye may be the same as or different from that of the dye used for the yarn-dyed process. Then, we decided to change the manner in which the different types of cotton or yarn are mixed and the color of the dye used for yarn dyeing and piece dyeing as appropriate.

6d/! By spinning the yarn-dyed cotton in this way, a polynosic yarn with a count of 36 was created. Further, wool μ was mixed with the same yarn-dyed polynosic cotton as above and spun to obtain a wool/polynosic (50/50) blended yarn. The above polynosic yarn is used as a warp yarn and the warp density is 8.
A plain weave structure with a weft density of 8 threads/inch and a weft density of 60 threads/inch was woven using wool/polynosic blended yarn as the weft thread. This woven fabric was piece-dyed under the following conditions to dye the wool side.
