れておらず、後者においては発光管の管壁の温度の均一
が第一目的で光量を増大させるには反射率が良くないと
いう問題点を有する。そこで本発明はこのような問題点
を解決するもので、その目的とするところは前方向に散
乱された光を集光・平行化し、光源の効率を高めた装置
を提供するものである。
