Abstract

PURPOSE:To heighten the rigidity and secure an underfloor space for a floor panel by connecting plural pieces of supports jointly through different formed supports. CONSTITUTION:This supporting structure is composed of plural pieces of vertical supports 2 provided with each pedestal 6 supporting a floor panel 1, plural pieces of diagonal braces 3 provided with the similar pedestal 6 and base plates 8, 13 at the lower end, and a floating pedestal 4 supporting the floor panel 1 on the top face and attaching the diagonal braces at the lower part. Then, these two vertical supports 2 and the diagonal braces 3 are set up in an alternate manner, and further a diagonal member 9 is stretched across in space between each diagonal brace and the diagonal brace of the floating pedestal 4. With this constitution, since all diagonal braces 3 and the floating pedestal 4 are connected together through the diagonal members 9, powerful strength is brought into full play, and also an underfloor space is sufficiently securable in this way.

BACKGROUND ART Businesses and offices that handle various electrical or electronic devices require a large number of power supplies for those devices. Furthermore, in departments that handle computers, it is necessary to provide cables to connect various input/output terminal devices and computers. Conventionally, power outlets are installed on walls, etc., but running the connection cords on the floor from there to the equipment installation place may cause the cord to be accidentally pulled out with one's foot while walking, and There is a risk of being crushed under other equipment or having the connection cord cut when a trolley passes by. In the case of computers, this can also corrupt data that is being input or output.

Therefore, in such departments, a system is adopted in which the floor is made of a double structure, connection cords are placed between them, and outlets and cable connectors are exposed on the floor near the installed equipment.

Such a double structure floor is prepared by preparing multiple quadrilateral floor panels with sides of 30 to 60 ex and thickness of 20 to 50 m.
A plurality of columns are erected on the floor slab at intervals corresponding to the length of one side of the floor panel, and the tips of the columns support the corners of four adjacent floor panels. The lower ends of the columns are fixed onto the floor slab by adhesive.

On the other hand, simply attaching and fixing the columns to the floor slab independently as described above is not earthquake resistant, so passing both ends of the cross beam to the top, middle, or bottom of the adjacent column It is also possible to fix the space between the pillars by fixing both ends to the pillars, or to fix the space between the pillars by fixing both ends to the adjacent pillars and using an inclined beam with the middle part bolted to the floor slab. It is.

However, installing the former type of horizontal beam material is difficult because it requires the horizontal beam material to be attached and removed during cable wiring work, and the latter type of installing slanted beam material requires holes for bolts to be provided in the floor slab. This also reduces the space under the floor.

Vertical struts 2 and diagonal struts 3 are alternately arranged on a first imaginary line extending linearly in the frontage direction. A distance slightly shorter than the length of one side of the floor panel 1 in the depth direction with respect to the first imaginary line, and a length parallel to the first imaginary straight line and slightly shorter than the length of one side of the floor panel. On the second imaginary straight line separated by the imaginary line, there is a floating pedestal 4 facing the vertical support 2 on the first imaginary straight line, a vertical support 2 facing the diagonal support 3, and so on. Pedestals 4 and vertical supports 2 are arranged alternately. Vertical struts 2 and diagonal struts 3 are arranged alternately in the same manner as in the first imaginary straight line on a third imaginary straight line with a gap similar to that between the first and second imaginary straight lines. Floating pedestals 4 and vertical supports 2 are alternately arranged on a fourth imaginary straight line that is spaced from the straight line at a similar distance. Thereafter, rows of floating pedestals 4 and vertical columns 2 and rows of floating pedestals 4 and vertical columns 2 are alternately arranged on the foundation floor 7 in the same manner.

A diagonal member 9 is inserted between the diagonal member support pipe 11 of each diagonal member support pipe 3 and the diagonal member support pipe 15 of each floating pedestal 4 located in the diagonal direction thereof. Therefore, the floating pedestal 4 is held floating from the foundation floor 7 by the four diagonal members 9. That is, the four corners of one floor panel 1 are supported by two vertical columns 2, diagonal columns 3, and floating pedestals 4.

With this configuration, all the diagonal struts 3 except the vertical struts 2
and the floating pedestal 4 are connected by the diagonal member 9,
The support body of the floor panel 1 can be made rigid, and can exhibit strong strength against shaking such as an earthquake.

In addition, since each floating pedestal 4 is supported by four diagonal members 9, even if a local load is applied to the floating pedestal 4, it can reliably support the corner of the floor panel 1 without sinking. can. Diagonal members 9 are arranged diagonally to each floor panel 1.
Since the diagonal material 9 is simply installed, it can be constructed at low cost, and since the diagonal material 9 only extends diagonally, a sufficient space under the floor can be secured, and the diagonal material 9 does not interfere with wiring or the like.

In the above embodiment, each diagonal support pipe 11.15 is provided on each diagonal support column 3 and each floating pedestal 4, and both ends of the diagonal member 9 are fitted into these diagonal support pipes 11.15. However, one end of the four diagonal members 9 is fixed at equal intervals to the straight pipe 5 of the diagonal support column 3 or the support pipe 16 of the floating pedestal 4 by welding, etc., and the support pipe 16 of the floating pedestal 4 or the diagonal member A diagonal support pipe 15 or 1 is installed only on the straight pipe 5 of the strut 3.

As described above, in the floor panel support structure of the present invention, one side of the floor panel is located on the first imaginary straight line parallel to either the frontage direction or the depth direction of the room in which the floor panel is installed. Vertical columns and diagonal columns are arranged alternately with a length slightly shorter than the length of the floor panel, and are parallel to the first imaginary straight line and separated by a length slightly shorter than the length of one side of the floor panel. arranging a floating pedestal on the second imaginary straight line so as to face the vertical strut on the first imaginary straight line and a vertical strut so as to face the diagonal strut, and arranging a plurality of these two arrangements alternately; Between the diagonal support part of each diagonal support column and the diagonal support part of each floating pedestal located in the diagonal direction, there is a diagonal support part of each diagonal support column and the diagonal support part of each floating pedestal located in the diagonal direction. This makes it possible to provide rigidity to the support body of the floor panel, and to exhibit strong strength against shaking such as earthquakes.
