In business establishments and offices handling various electric or electronic devices, a large number of power supplies for those devices are required. Further, in a department handling a computer, it is necessary to provide a cable for connecting various terminal devices for input / output and the computer. Conventionally, an outlet for power supply is provided on the wall, etc., but it is possible to accidentally pull out the connection cord with your feet while walking, if you pull the connection cord from there to the place where the equipment is installed. There is a risk that it will become the underlay of other equipment or that the connection cord will be disconnected when passing a trolley or the like. In the case of computers, this can corrupt the data being input or output. Therefore, in such a department, a system is adopted in which the floor has a double structure, a connection cord is arranged between them, and an outlet or a cable connector is exposed on the floor near the installed equipment.

An example of such a double-structured floor will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5. The quadrilateral floor panel 1 having a side of 30 to 50 cm and a thickness of 30 to 50 mm is a glass fiber reinforced GRC. Panel material 2 made of concrete or calcium silicate or the like, a back plate material 3 made of a steel plate positioned so as to line the back surface of the panel material 2, and a surface of the panel material 2 facing the back plate material 3, that is, an upper surface. It is composed of a surface material 4 made of a carpet tile or a vinyl chloride tile attached to the. Pin holes 5 extending vertically from the back plate material 3 toward the panel material 2 are bored at the four corners of the back surface of the floor panel 1, and the back plate material 3 protrudes toward the panel material 2 side and bites into the panel material 2. In this case, a plurality of claws 6 for forming a mechanical coupling force between the two are formed. A hook-shaped claw 7 is also formed around the pin hole 5 as shown in FIG.

Reference numeral 8 is a pillar for supporting the floor panel 1 on the floor 9 at a predetermined interval, and a base plate 10 that abuts on the floor surface and a lower end of the base plate 10 are fixed to the peripheral surface of which a screw thread is formed. Rod member 11, this rod member 11 is rotatably screwed into the central portion, the height adjustable pedestal 12, and the rod member 11 below the pedestal 12 is inserted so that the central portion penetrates, The lower part is composed of a receiving seat 13 whose height is adjustable by a nut (not shown). Four pins 14 are mounted on the outer peripheral portion of the upper surface of the base 12 so as to stand upright at equal intervals. The pillar 8 is 4 of one floor panel 1.
It is placed on the floor 9 so that it is located at each corner.
Four floor panels 1 are supported on a pedestal 12 of one column 8 together with one corner of each of the three adjacent floor panels 1.
That is, the four floor panels 1 are configured such that the pins 14 of the pedestal 12 are inserted into the pin holes 5 provided at their respective corners,
It is held on the pedestal 11. Further, between the floor panel 1 and the floor 9, a tray 15 for mounting cables, connectors or other connecting devices thereon is arranged so that the outer peripheral edge thereof is supported by the receiving seat 13.

By the way, since the back plate material 3 for reinforcement is attached to the back surface of the floor panel 1, the entire floor panel has a considerable strength, but the back plate material 3 is made smaller than the panel material 2, As shown in FIG. 4, the panel material 2 protrudes over the entire peripheral portion of the back surface of the panel 1 and only this portion has a large thickness dimension. This is because when the floor panel 1 is manufactured, the panel material 2 is first poured into a mold having a size corresponding to the size and thickness of the floor panel 1, the back plate material 3 is placed thereon, and the back plate material 3 is pressed from above. In this method, the floor panel 1 having a predetermined thickness is obtained by applying pressure to dehydrate the back panel 3 having the same area as the opening area of the mold. This is because the work has to be positioned at a high speed, which complicates the work and makes it difficult to perform efficient production.

Therefore, the weight applied to the floor panel 1 is supported by the four corners, but the panel material 2 is exposed at each edge of the floor panel 1, and when the exposed protruding portion is subjected to the weight, the panel material 2 is exposed. 2 and the back plate material 3 are separated from each other, and the panel material 2 alone cannot withstand the load, and the corners may be damaged. Particularly, the corner portion of the panel material 2 is formed with the pin hole 5 as described above, and the surface 7a of the rising portion of the pin hole 5 and the two claws 7 located so as to sandwich the pin hole 5 cuts the panel material 2. Since it is located at, the cross-sectional area of this portion is small, and it may be damaged starting from the portion of the claw 7.

In the case of the former, the corners of the floor panel are covered with the enlarged part,
The panel material is not exposed at the corners, the reinforcing material and the panel material are supported by the support pillars, and the panel material does not directly contact the supporting surface of the support pillars, so that the damage of the corner portions can be prevented. The corners of the reinforcing material are approximately the same size as the corners of the panel material, but the bent part serves as a positioning guide when the reinforcing material is put into the mold during manufacturing, and the reinforcing material can be easily inserted into the mold. it can. In this case, it is preferable that the side edge located outside the bent portion is tapered so as to taper toward the tip portion.

In the latter case, of the plurality of claw members formed so as to bite into the panel material, the surface of at least one claw member located in the vicinity of the hole is defined with respect to a line that bisects the corner. By arranging them substantially parallel to each other, the surface of the claw member faces the corner direction, and the hole and the thick part of the claw are only located on the line connecting the claw member and the hole. Also, when the panel material is poured during manufacturing, there are few parts that prevent the panel material from flowing into the corners by the claw members, so that it is possible to prevent the generation of soot and increase the strength. It is possible to prevent damage to the part.

In the production of such a floor panel 21, the panel material 22 is first poured into a mold (not shown) having a size corresponding to the size and thickness of the floor panel 21, and then the back plate material is placed thereon.
The back plate 23 is placed and pressed from above the back plate 23, and the back plate 23 is fitted into the opening of the mold while being dehydrated under pressure. Back plate material 23
Although the corners of are substantially the same size as the corners of the panel material 22, the side edge 28 located outside the bent portion 27 is tapered so as to taper toward the tip end,
The tapered portion serves as a positioning guide for insertion, and the back plate member 23 can be easily inserted into the mold. Since the four corners of the floor panel 21 made in this way are covered with the enlarged portions 26, the panel material 22 is not exposed at the edges of the corners, and the back plate material 23 and the panel material 22 are supported by the columns 8. Since the panel member 22 is supported by the pedestal 12 and does not directly contact the supporting surface of the pedestal 12, it is possible to prevent damage to the corners.

Further, as described above, the surfaces 30 of the claw members 29a and 29b positioned so as to sandwich the pin hole 24 therebetween are substantially orthogonal to the imaginary line connecting them. Therefore, the cross section of the panel material 22 located on this imaginary line has a pin hole 24 and claw members 29a, 29b.
Since only the thick portion is located, the total area of the cut portions can be increased as compared with the conventional case. As a result, the cross-sectional area of the panel material 22 on this line becomes larger than that in the conventional case, and the flow of the panel material 22 to the corners is reduced by the claw members 29a,
It is not hindered by the surface 30 of 29b, and the occurrence of soot at the corners is reduced, so the strength is increased and damage can be prevented.

In the above-described embodiment, both the enlarged portion 26 and the claw members 29a and 29b are provided, but if it is predicted that the weight applied to the floor panel 21 will be relatively small, only one of them may be provided. Further, the surface of the claw member 29 is positioned so as to be orthogonal to the surface 30 of the claw members 29a, 29b, but to be parallel to this surface 30, that is, substantially parallel to the diagonal line of the floor panel 21. It may be positioned, or it may be positioned at an appropriate angle with respect to the diagonal line except 90 °. Thus, it is possible to prevent the surface of the claw member 29 from blocking the panel material 21 from flowing to the corners, and it is possible to further suppress the generation of soot.

As described above, in the floor panel of the present invention, substantially L-shaped enlarged portions are integrally formed at the corners of the reinforcing material of the floor panel, and the edge of the enlarged portion is substantially the same as the edge of the panel material. It is characterized in that both ends of the expanded part facing the corners of the expanded part are bent so as to project into the panel material, so that the corners of the floor panel are covered with the expanded part. The panel material is not exposed to the outside, the reinforcing material and the panel material are supported by the support, and the panel material does not directly contact the supporting surface of the support, so that it is possible to prevent damage to the corners. When the reinforcing material is put into the mold at the time of manufacturing, the bent portion serves as a positioning guide for insertion, and the reinforcing material can be easily inserted into the mold.

Another feature of the present invention is a floor structure in which a plurality of holes are formed in the corners of the floor panel so that the holes can be fitted to the locking members of the support columns and a plurality of sheets are laid to form a floor surface. In the body, at least the surface of the claw member located in the vicinity of the hole is substantially orthogonal to the imaginary line connecting these. As a result, only the hole and the thick portion of the claw are located on the imaginary line, so the cutting portion is small, the cross-sectional area on this line is larger than the conventional one, and the strength can be increased.
It is possible to prevent damage to the corners.
