は部１０と、前記シャフト受Ｃｊ部１０に軸支されたシ
ャフト８を係止するための係止部１１により構成される
。そして前記コ′ミ取り装置６は前記ゴミ取り部材がカ
ードリーダライター本体１を分解しなくても視認可能な
