Description

【0001】

Next, the first cleaning member 1 and the second cleaning member 2 are arranged to face each other with the glass or the net interposed therebetween, and the first cleaning member 1 and the second cleaning member 2 are arranged with the magnet 32 and the yoke 33 through the glass or the net. Magnetized by. At this time, the wiper 21 of the first cleaning member 1, the water supply body 22, and the contact portion 26 of the roller 7 abut on the surface of one side (indoor side) of the glass or net, and the wiper 21 and water supply body 22 of the second cleaning member 2. And the contact portion 26 of the roller 7 abuts against the other (outdoor side) surface of the glass or net. Next, the handle part 4 is grasped and the 1st cleaning member 1 is operated, and it moves along one surface of glass or a net | network. The moving direction is a direction in which the wiper 21 and the water supply body 22 are arranged side by side (substantially horizontal direction). And by this movement of the 1st cleaning member 1, the water supply body 22 slides on one surface of glass or a net | network, and cleaning fluid is supplied, and the wiper 21 is on one surface of glass or net | network supplied with cleaning fluid. The dirt that floats due to the cleaning liquid supplied from the water supply body 22 is scraped off and collected by the wiper 21, and one surface of the glass or the net is cleaned by the first cleaning member 1. .
[0030]
Further, since the second cleaning member 2 is magnetically attached to the first cleaning member 1, the second cleaning member 2 follows the first cleaning member 1 and moves along the other surface of the glass or net. Due to the movement of the member 2, the water supply body 22 slides on the other surface of the glass or net to supply the cleaning liquid, and the wiper 21 slides on the other surface of the glass or net to which the cleaning liquid is supplied. The dirt floating by the cleaning liquid supplied from the water supply body 22 is scraped off and collected by the wiper 21, and the other surface of the glass or net is cleaned by the second cleaning member 2.
[0031]
In this way, in the present invention, since the cleaning unit 3 including the water supply body 22 and the wiper 21 is provided, the operation of supplying the cleaning liquid to the surface of the glass or net and the operation of scraping off the dirt from the surface of the glass or net are performed. The cleaning can be performed simply by moving the one cleaning member 1 and the second cleaning member 2, and the cleaning can be performed efficiently.
[0032]
FIG. 7 shows the first plate body 20. As described above, the roller housing recess 25 is provided on the front surface of the magnetized portion 23 of the first plate body 20 facing the glass or net. As shown in FIG. 1A, the roller storage recess 25 is open to the front and side surfaces of the magnetized portion 23, and the upper and lower inner surfaces of the roller storage recess 25 are orthogonal to the axial direction (vertical direction) of the shaft portion 27. It is formed as a bearing portion 60. The bearing portion 60 is formed in a convex step portion protruding from the bottom surface of the roller housing recess 25. The bearing portion 60 is also provided with a shaft mounting groove 65 that opens on the side surface (outer surface) of the roller housing recess 25 and the magnetized portion 23 on the water supply body mounting piece 24 side. That is, the upper bearing portion 60 that forms the upper inner surface of the roller housing recess 25 has a shaft mounting groove 65 that opens to the lower surface and the side surface, and the lower bearing portion 60 that forms the lower inner surface of the roller housing recess 25. A shaft mounting groove 65 is formed in the upper surface and the side surface.
[0033]
The opening on the side surface of the shaft attachment groove 65 formed as described above is formed as a shaft attachment / detachment opening 61 and the end of the shaft attachment groove 65 opposite to the shaft attachment / detachment opening 61 holds the shaft portion 27 for installation. An installation portion 66 is formed, and a shaft entry / exit passage 69 is formed between the shaft attaching / detaching opening 61 and the installation portion 66. Further, a portion of the bearing portion 60 located on the front side of the shaft mounting groove 65 is formed as a thin retaining piece 63 capable of elastic deformation. Further, a shaft retaining portion 64 is provided to project from the shaft inlet / outlet passage 69 at a position facing the retaining member 63 on the inner surface of the shaft mounting groove 65. These retaining pieces 63 and shaft retaining portions 64 form retaining means 62.
[0034]
The shaft retaining portion 64 is formed having a guide portion 67 facing the shaft entrance / exit path 69 and a shaft abutting surface 68 facing the installation portion 66. The guiding portion 67 is formed as an inclined surface (tapered surface) or a curved surface that is inclined so as to gradually approach the retaining piece 63 (front side) from the shaft attaching / detaching opening 61 toward the installation portion 66. The shaft contact surface 68 is formed continuously at the end of the guide portion 67 opposite to the shaft attaching / detaching opening 61 and is inclined so as to gradually move away from the retaining piece 63 toward the back side of the installation portion 66. It is formed as an inclined surface or a curved surface. The shaft contact surface 68 is a portion that contacts the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 27 held by the installation portion 66, and is formed in a concave curved surface along the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 27 in order to reduce friction with the shaft portion 27. Is preferred.
[0035]
And when attaching the roller 7 to the 1st plate main body 20, it carries out as follows. First, the end portion of the shaft portion 27 that penetrates the roller 7 vertically and protrudes from the roller 7 is inserted into the shaft entry / exit passage 69 of the shaft attachment groove 65 through the shaft attachment / detachment opening 61, and the shaft portion toward the installation portion 66. 27 is pressed. When pressed in this way, the shaft portion 27 is guided by the inclined surface of the guide portion 67 and is inserted into the shaft entrance / exit path 69 toward the installation portion 66 as indicated by an arrow in FIG. However, at this time, the shaft portion 27 is pressed toward the retaining piece 63 side by the guiding portion 67 and the retaining portion 63 is pressed by the shaft portion 27 to be elastically deformed to the front side (direction away from the shaft mounting groove 65). It will be. That is, as shown in FIG. 1B, the shaft portion 27 is inserted into the shaft entry / exit passage 69 while the retaining piece 63 is elastically deformed.
[0036]
Thereafter, when the shaft portion 27 is further inserted, the shaft portion 27 reaches the installation portion 66 of the shaft mounting groove 65. When the shaft portion 27 reaches the installation portion 66 in this way, the pressing of the shaft portion 27 by the guide portion 67 is released and the pressing of the retaining piece 63 by the shaft portion 27 is released, so that the retaining piece 63 is not elastically deformed. Thus, the retaining piece 63 elastically contacts the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 27, and the shaft contact surface 68 of the shaft retaining portion 64 contacts the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 27. Will be in touch. In this way, by holding the shaft portion 27 between the retaining piece 63, the shaft contact surface 68 and the inner surface of the shaft mounting groove 65, the shaft portion 27 is supported by the bearing portion in a state where the roller 7 is stored in the roller storage recess 25. It can be fixedly attached to the 60 shaft mounting grooves 65. In the figure, a part of the roller 7 may be indicated by a dotted line.
[0037]
Further, when removing the shaft portion 27 from the shaft mounting groove 65, a force from the installation portion 66 toward the shaft attaching / detaching opening 61 is applied to the shaft portion 27, and the shaft portion 27 is elastically deformed to the front side while the retaining piece 63 is elastically deformed to the front side. Is moved from the installation portion 66 to the shaft entry / exit path 69. Thereafter, the shaft part 27 can be removed from the shaft mounting groove 65 by moving the shaft part 27 toward the shaft attaching / detaching opening 61 and extracting the shaft part 27 from the shaft attaching / detaching opening 61. The roller 7 attached to the roller 27 can also be removed from the roller housing recess 25.
[0038]
Although the first plate body 20 has been described here, the second plate body 46 is also formed in the same manner as the first plate body 20 except that the second plate body 46 is thin. Attachment and removal are performed in the same manner.
[0039]
As described above, in the present invention, the shaft mounting groove 65 is formed on the surface of the bearing portion 60 which is the inner surface of the roller housing recess 25, and the shaft portion 27 of the roller 7 is attached to the shaft mounting groove 65 and the shaft portion 27 is the shaft mounting groove. Since it is held by the retaining means 26 so that it does not come out of 65, there is no need to provide a hole for inserting the shaft portion 27 in the first cleaning member 1 and the second cleaning member 2. The cleaning member 2 can be formed to be completely waterproof so that the cleaning liquid does not enter the inside thereof. Accordingly, the magnet 32 and the magnetic body incorporated in the first cleaning member 1 and the second cleaning member 2 or parts for waterproofing the yoke 33 are not required, and the work for attaching the waterproof parts is also unnecessary. Costs and manufacturing processes can be reduced.
[0040]
Moreover, since the shaft portion 27 is detachably formed in the shaft mounting groove 65 while elastically deforming the retaining piece 63 of the retaining device 62, the housing portion 10 and the first cleaning plate 11 are assembled in the first cleaning member 1. After or after assembling the cover 40 and the first cleaning plate 41 in the second cleaning member 2, the shaft portion 27 and the roller 7 can be attached and detached, and when the shaft portion 27 and the roller 7 are broken or damaged. In addition, only the shaft 27 and the roller 7 can be repaired or replaced easily.
[0041]

Even if a force generated in a direction perpendicular to the surface facing the shaft portion 27 is applied to the shaft portion 27, the shaft portion 27 can be pressed by the retaining piece 63 so as not to be removed from the installation portion 66 of the shaft mounting groove 65.
[0042]
Further, since the shaft retaining portion 64 is formed on the surface of the first cleaning member 1 and the second cleaning member 2 facing the glass or net so as to face the retaining piece 63 with the shaft portion 27 interposed therebetween, FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, even when the roller 7 moves in a direction away from the surface of the glass 70 or the net when the roller 7 contacts and pressurizes the surface of the glass 70 or the net at the time of cleaning, the shaft 27 Can be prevented by locking by the shaft retaining portion 64, and the first cleaning member 1 and the second cleaning member 2 can be moved in the lateral direction (horizontal direction) during cleaning. However, the roller 7 and the shaft portion 27 can be prevented from falling off.
[0043]
In addition, since the roller storage recess 25 for storing the roller 7 is formed and the inner wall surface of the roller storage recess 25 is formed as the bearing portion 60, the roller storage portion 25 is simultaneously attached to the shaft portion 27 attached to the bearing portion 60. The roller 7 can be housed and attached, the shaft portion 27 and the roller 7 can be easily attached, and the manufacturing work can be reduced. The first cleaning member 1 and the second cleaning member 2 can be made thinner without being housed and protruding.
[0044]
Further, since the guide part 67 for guiding the shaft part 27 inserted into the shaft attachment groove 65 from the shaft attaching / detaching opening 61 to the installation part 66 is provided in the shaft retaining part 64, the guide part 67 is inserted when the shaft part 27 is inserted. By guiding the shaft portion 27 with the shaft portion 27, it is possible to prevent the shaft portion 27 from being caught by the retaining piece 63 or the shaft retaining portion 64, or the retaining piece 63 from being damaged by excessive pressing of the shaft portion 27. The shaft portion 27 and the roller 7 can be easily attached, and the manufacturing work can be reduced.
[0045]
Moreover, since the guide part 67 was formed as an inclined surface or a curved surface, the slip at the time of inserting the axial part 27 can be improved. Further, since the shaft contact surface 68 that contacts the shaft portion 27 in the installation portion 66 of the shaft portion 27 is provided in the retaining means 62 and the shaft contact surface 68 is formed as an inclined surface or a curved surface, the shaft portion is connected to the installation portion 66. Slip when inserting 27 can be improved.
[0046]
As shown in FIG. 2B, the inclination gradient (angle) θ2 of the shaft contact surface 68 is preferably larger than the inclination gradient (angle) θ1 of the guiding portion 67 (θ2> θ1). The inclination angles θ1 and θ2 are angles between the straight line 71 in the horizontal direction (horizontal direction) parallel to the surface of the glass or the net, and the guiding portion 67 or the shaft contact surface 68. By forming the gradient of the inclined surface of the shaft contact surface 68 larger than the gradient of the inclined surface, the shaft portion 27 and the roller 7 can be easily attached, and the manufacturing work can be reduced. In addition, even when the first cleaning member 1 and the second cleaning member 2 are moved in the lateral direction (horizontal direction) during cleaning, the roller 7 and the shaft portion 27 can be prevented from easily falling off. . When the shaft contact surface 68 and the guiding portion 67 are formed with curved surfaces, it is preferable that the curvature of the shaft contact surface 68 is larger than the curvature of the guiding portion 67.
