Conventionally, non-slip flooring materials having embossed patterns or grooves formed on the surface have been known, but this type of flooring material is undesirable because dust accumulates in the recesses.

In addition, floor materials or sheets that have hard powder on the surface to provide non-slip properties, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 57-143058 and other documents, have a large amount of powder on the surface in order to obtain a suitable level of performance. Because the material is stuck to the surface, it has poor design and tends to lose its commercial appeal as an interior material.

The present invention is a non-slip sheet that overcomes the above-mentioned problems, in which patterned areas with a thickness of 0.5 to 3 mm are formed on the sheet base material, and friction areas in which hard powder particles are fixed with a resin binder between the patterned areas. The gist of the present invention is to provide a non-slip sheet, characterized in that the patterned portion has approximately the same thickness as the friction portion.

This will be explained below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of the non-slip sheet of the present invention. Sheet base material 1
It is preferably a sheet of asbestos/glass non-woven or woven fabric, or a plastic sheet of PVC/urethane resin, etc., with a thickness of 0.3 to 1.0 mm. An adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the sheet base material 1 as necessary.

Both the pattern parts 2, 3 and the friction part 4 having a smooth surface may be formed with ink made of a synthetic resin binder using a stencil machine such as a rotary screen machine or a flat screen machine. A synthetic resin sheet may be cut and pasted according to the pattern.

The friction portion 4 is provided between the pattern portions, and the hard powder particles 5 are fixed in the pattern shape with a resin binder 6. The hard powder and granules preferably have a motor hardness of 5 or higher, such as silica sand grains, silica gel, silicate compound particles, glass powder, crushed ceramic grains, iron powder, carborundum, etc.
Powdered materials such as alundum with a particle size of 100 to 3000μ are desirable.

The surface of the powder or granular material may be colored and coated. As the binder, liquid or powder resins such as PVC paste, powder made by adding and mixing PVC with a plasticizer, and polyolefin or polyester hot melt resins can be used. Note that a coupling agent may be added as appropriate to improve the adhesiveness of the hard powder.
The pattern parts 2, 3 and the friction part 4 are heated and, if desired, pressure-formed to a thickness of 0.5 to 3 mm. It is desirable that the friction portion has approximately the same thickness as the pattern portion. In the present invention, the pattern parts 2 and 3 add design and increase the commercial value, and the friction part 4 provides a non-slip function.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the non-slip sheet of the present invention. The friction part 4 can play the role of a part of the pattern by appropriately coloring the binder and hard powder.
Not only does the frictional part exhibit non-slip properties due to friction, but since hard powder particles are dispersed throughout the entire layer, the frictional part does not wear out quickly, resulting in a long product life. Further, the friction portion and the pattern portion have approximately the same thickness. This prevents dust from accumulating on the non-slip sheet, which is desirable for aesthetic reasons.

As mentioned above, the invention of the present invention is a non-slip sheet in which both the pattern part and the friction part serve as a pattern, and are durable and highly designed.
