The conventional non-slip flooring material 6 prevents slipping by physical friction between the floor surface and pedestrian's footwear. The surfaces of these flooring materials were provided with uneven grooves 7, or hard particles such as carborundum were fixed to the surfaces. Even though these flooring materials have a satisfactory non-slip property, dust 8 accumulates in the grooves 7 and between the granules and is difficult to remove even when cleaned, and the dirt becomes unsightly after long periods of use.

(Structure of the device) The present invention is a device that solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and the concave portions of the base material are provided with unevenness on the surface that does not deform under load. The concave portions of the base material are filled with a soft synthetic resin that deforms under load to approximately the same thickness as the convex portions. The gist is a non-slip flooring material that is characterized by:

FIG. 1 is a sectional view of the non-slip flooring material of the present invention. 1 is a base material. The base material 1 has concave portions 2 and convex portions 3. The base material 1 is made of thermoplastic resin and may be flexible, but does not deform due to the load of walking, carts, etc.

The surface protective layer 5 may be made of PVC, polyester, polyurethane resin, or acrylic modified ultraviolet curing resin, and may be crushed by heating and pressurizing the surface of the foam layer. Further, the surface protective layer may be a colored film or a film having a printed pattern on the back surface.

FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged sectional view of FIG. 1, and the foam 4' is depressed more than the base material convex part 3' due to the load (stress) P during passing, and as a result, due to the difference in unevenness between the two, Non-slip properties are achieved together with the surface protective layer 5'.

(Effects of the invention) The present invention not only has good wear resistance, but also has good dirt resistance, easy cleaning, and excellent non-slip properties, especially on wet slopes.
In addition, the surface protective layer is less likely to be damaged, and dirt does not get behind the surface protective layer.
