Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the construction cost by providing a flexible sheet with countless particles stuck thereon, implanting the particles on a body surface by means of pressing the particles on the surface of a body not yet hardened, and removing the flexible sheet after the body is hardened. CONSTITUTION:A decoration mat 1 is formed by sticking countless particles 3, made of a ceramic or the like, on the surface of a flexible sheet 2 with some of the particles protruding beyond the surface. After covering the surface of a body 9 not yet hardened, such as a paved road surface and a wall surface, with a mat 1, the outer surface of the mat 1 is pressed with a roller or the like and the particles 3 are implanted in the body 9. After the body 9 is hardened, the sheet 2 is torn off or liquified with water or the like or removed by heating it. The particles 3 may be implanted by sticking the mat 1 in the formwork and pouring concrete in it. Thus particle implanting work can be carried out easily regardless of a level surface or a vertical surface and a construction cost and a construction term can be reduced.

PRIOR TECHNOLOGY The general method for decorating paved surfaces with particles is to scatter the particles onto the unsolidified paved surface and press them with a roller, but this method is time consuming and labor-intensive to spread the particles. Otherwise, there is a problem that the spraying is uneven and the finished product is not uniform.

As shown in HS diagram A, the surface of the body 9 is covered with the decorative mat 1 prepared as described above, that is, the surface is covered with a sheet 2 with the particle-attached surface facing the surface of the body 9 in an unsolidified state.
Then, as shown in FIG. 2
The parts other than the wrapping part 6 are embedded in the surface of the building body, and substantially the wrapping part 6 is exposed from the surface of the building body, and the wrapping part 6 ensures that the particles 3 are embedded and exposed.

As shown in Figure C, after solidification of the unsolidified body 9, the sheet 2 is removed to obtain a surface portion of the body where the particles are implanted. The above three groups of particles are implanted all at once by the sheet 2, and the arrangement is uniform, and there is no large variation in embedding and exposure.

The above-mentioned "unsolidified" includes a semi-solidified state in which the particles 3 have adhesive properties and are not completely solidified. For example, when concrete (including mortar) has formed a solidified film on its surface, if you press the particles above, the film will break and some of the particles will be embedded and adhered, and the film will be closed to the exposed surface of the particles. This effectively prevents the problem of over-presenting the image to hide it or reducing the amount of exposure.

A hard fluid material 11 such as mortar is poured in, and after solidification of the fluid material 11, the mold is demolded as shown in FIG. 2C, and the sheet 2 is removed by the method described above. In this method, when forming a panel or a block or a wall of a structure, the surface mat is placed on the inner surface of the mold in advance, so that the particle surface can be easily constructed.

For example, as shown in FIG. 7A, the surface mat 1 is installed on the inner surface of the reinforced formwork 10 for forming the side walls and ceiling walls of a concrete building, and as shown in the same drawing, concrete is poured. As shown in Figure C, by removing the formwork 10 after solidification, it is possible to easily reproduce the particle implantation surface on the inner and outer surfaces of the side walls and the inner surface of the ceiling, that is, on the surface of the building frame.

In addition, the surface mat used in the above construction method has a sheet that encloses a portion of the particles, so that the amount of embedding and exposure when the particles are pressed against the unsolidified structure or when the fluid material is poured into the formwork. is ensured and uniform implantation can be achieved. Furthermore, particles falling off from the sheet can be effectively prevented.
