Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and efficiently ad scale to stainless material at a low cost by baking and forming resist ink coating on the stainless material except a scale part and performing corrosion and colored plating in the scale part. Thereafter this stainless material is immersed in corrosive liquid such as ferric chloride while sticking this coating thereto and the scale part is corroded. Then this stainless material is introduced into a plating tank while sticking the coating thereto and colored plating is performed in the scale part. Thereafter this coating is dissolved and removed by utilizing a remover which does not damage the colored plating. Thereby scale is easily and automatically added to stainless material at a low cost without using photographic baking method.

去して目盛付けする方法のため写真焼付技法を全く用い
ないことになり、従来法の如くネガを用いる感光、現像
処理が無くなってそれだけ製造能率を高めることができ
、かつ自動化を容易にできてコスト低減を図ることがて
きる。
