Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the face part of a driver and the like by opening a front windshield fixed on a vehicle window frame forewards by the use of reaction upon colliding. えない、死亡事故中フロントガラスに顔面、頭部を突込
み死亡する者が多いのに着目、種々安全装置を研究試作
するもいずれ本感知装置、真個の装置にあまりに本設備
費が掛る点で実用化が不可能であったが今度誠暑こ単純
な発想ながら冷蔵庫のドアーが接触面にゴム磁石パツキ
ンを用いてなんら機械的機構を有ぞず把手あるのみで無
操作で容易に開閉出来、かつ磁気力により内、外気の流
出入を遮断にヒントを得、現在車体窓枠に固定されてい
るフロントカラスを衝突時の反動力に依り前方に開かせ
fIA頭部の損傷を防止するよう第11及び第2因に見
る如くフロントガラスを前世j開放方式としたものであ
り、さらに明細に説明すると本機構ではフロントガラス
(1)は単体に固定せず前倒開放方式としフロントガラ
ス(1)の全局に因の如き特殊形状に成形加工のゴム磁
石パツキン(2)の害部着こ嵌込み接着、又単体フロン
ト枠(3)の形状本ゴム磁石ハッキン(2)が安定密着
し風雨の進入を防止するようこれに合せた山形状に作製
したものであるさらにこれらを単体に取付開放出来るよ
う取付金具(5)をもって組止めこれを開放軸受台(6
)を二組込み岨立和(7)を差込みて第5図の如く車体
