To explain in more detail the opening 3 of the sleeve 2, the sleeve 2 is first constructed by cutting and sewing the front and rear outer materials 5, 6 and the lining 7 of the sleeve as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7. In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, the front and rear sleeve outer materials 5 and 6 have cuff folding allowances 5a and 6a at the tips, as well as outer seam allowances 5b and 6b, and the outer seam allowances 5b and 6b are provided on the cuff end side. The width is about 2 to 3 cm, and the opening seam allowances 5c and 6c extend to the cuff folding allowances 5a and 6a,
The length A of the opening seam allowances 5c and 6c (excluding the dimensions for the cuff folding allowances 5a and 6a) is approximately 7
~8cm, and with the sleeves turned inside out, sew the edges of the outer seam allowances 5b and 6b of the front and back outer materials 5 and 6 of the sleeves with thread 8, and then use the same thread 8' to sew the edges of the outer seam allowances 5c and 6c for opening of both sides. sew the edges. After doing this, the inside of the sleeve front and front outer materials 5 and 6 is sewn to form a cylindrical shape, and the cuff folding allowance 5 is sewn.
Fold back a and 6a, and in that state overlap the sleeve lining 7 sewn into a tube shape separately, and fold the cuffs into the sleeve 5.
Sew a, 6a and sleeve lining 7 together by hand. By turning the sleeve inside out in this way, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a sleeve 2 is obtained which has an opening 3 extending from the cuff to a length A on the cuff side extension of the seam of the outer sewing thread 8 of the front and back outer materials 5 and 6. It will be done.

By the way, with the above-mentioned school uniforms, etc., the physique of the students who wear them these days grows extremely quickly, so parents should buy them in a larger size in advance for economical reasons. It is becoming more and more common for children to wear clothes. In other words, 1~
By purchasing school uniforms that are two sizes larger, even students who grow up fairly quickly can avoid feeling sluggish for a year or two.

However, when purchasing such large-sized school uniforms, etc., the sleeve length is initially too long and unattractive, so it is necessary to adjust the sleeve length to make it shorter, but in this case, it is necessary to adjust the sleeve length to make it shorter. For sleeve 2, if the sleeve length is shortened by deeply folding the cuffs of the sleeve front and front outer materials 5 and 6, the length of the opening 3 will be reduced by that amount, resulting in the unbalanced state shown in Figure 8, or in some cases. There was an inconvenience that the entire Akimise 3 went inside the cuff and was completely invisible from the outside.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and in order to solve the conventional problems, the length of the seam allowance for the opening of the front and front outer materials of the sleeves is longer than usual, and 2. Set the seam allowance for opening so that it will stop opening at least in two places: at the normal length position and at a longer position.
It is constructed by stitching in steps. In other words, at the time of purchase, you can only see the normal length of the opening at the cuff of the sleeve, just like the conventional one, but in reality there is a hidden opening of an appropriate length on the upper side that is not visible from the outside. This is a configuration in which the following continues to exist. Of course, people who do not need to adjust the sleeve length can wear it as is for a good look, but if the sleeve length is too long and needs to be shortened, the sleeve length can be shortened by folding the cuffs deeply. At the same time, by removing a portion of the sewing thread from the seam allowance for opening, it was possible to easily modify the hidden opening to expose it, and to ensure an appropriate sleeve length and a well-balanced opening of an appropriate length. It becomes possible to wear it in a good-looking state, and it becomes very convenient and economical for clothing such as school uniforms.

Then, when turned inside out, the edges of the outer seam allowances 12b and 13b of the sleeve front and front outer materials 12 and 13 are lined with thread 15.
It is sewn with the same thread 1.
5' gives seam allowance 12 for opening of both long parts.
The edges of the seams c and 13c are sewn, and the opening seam allowances 12c and 13c of both are sewn into a hook shape by extending the outer seam of the thread 15 by the amount α. In other words, the seam allowances 12c and 13c for opening on both long sides are sewn in two stages to create opening ends A and B at two locations: the normal length A position and the position α longer than that. .

After this, the front and back outer materials 12 and 13 of the sleeves are sewn on the inside to form a tube shape, and the cuff folding allowances 12a and 13a are folded back, and in this state, the sleeve lining material 14, which is sewn separately into a tube shape, is overlapped and passed through. The cuff folding allowances 12a and 13a and the sleeve lining 14 are sewn together by hand. By turning it inside out in this way, as shown in Fig. 1, there is an opening 17 on the cuff side extension of the seam of the outer sewing thread 15 of the front and rear outer materials 12, 13, which extends from the cuff to approximately the same length A as before, and on the upper side thereof. The structure is such that a hidden opening 18 of an appropriate length α that cannot be seen from the outside continues to exist.

Therefore, in clothes such as school uniforms having such sleeves 11, the sleeves 1 are removed in the same manner as in the conventional clothes when manufactured.
Only the opening 17 of normal length A can be seen on the cuff of cuff 1, and the hidden opening 18 that continues on the upper side is not visible at all from the outside, so I bought this. If the student who received the item does not need to make any changes to the sleeve length, they can wear it as is, looking good.

By the way, if you are a person who purchased a larger size and the sleeve length is too long and needs to be shortened, first turn the sleeve 11 inside out as shown in Figure 3b from the longer sleeve length as shown in Figure 3a. Let it settle, and then fold up the cuffs of the front and back outer materials 12 and 13 of the sleeves deeply as shown in Figure 3(c) to the extent that the sleeve length is to be shortened, and set new cuff creases by ironing. At this point, the sleeve lining 14 has an excess dimension and is in a loose state, so the sleeve lining 14 is pulled toward the cuff side and the remaining part of the sleeve lining 14 is folded over the sleeve front and front outer materials 12 and 13 as shown in Figure d. Layer it over the parts, let it settle, and sew the hands together to secure it. This will shorten the sleeve length. When it is turned over in this way, it will be in the state shown in the figure e. In this state, as mentioned above, the opening 17 at the cuff is folded inward to compensate for the shortening of the sleeve length.
The length of the exposed part decreases and becomes shorter. This is unbalanced and does not look good. Therefore, in the state shown in figure e, push open the Akimise 17,
Pull out the thread 16 on the upper side of the sled. As a result, the hidden opening 18, which has not been visible from the outside, is now continuously exposed on the upper side of the shortened opening 17. This allows the sleeve length to be shortened as shown in FIG.

As mentioned above, even if you shorten the sleeve length, you can easily return the sleeve length to its initial length by reversing the steps, and at that time, if you sew the openings back to their original length, you can return them to their original length. It is possible to easily return to this state and make corrections, and if this re-correction is carried out at an appropriate time based on the growth of the child's physique, it becomes possible for the child to wear it in a good manner for a long period of time.

Since this invention has been developed as described above, when purchased, just like conventional products, the normal length of the opening is visible at the cuff of the sleeve, and those who do not need to adjust the sleeve length can wear it as is, looking good. Also, for those who need to shorten the sleeve length because it is too long, by folding the cuffs deeply to shorten the sleeve length and removing some of the sewing thread from the seam allowance for opening, it is possible to create a hidden opening. It is very easy to wear, such as school uniforms, because it can be easily adjusted to reveal the appearance, and can be worn in a good-looking manner with just the right sleeve length and a well-balanced opening of the appropriate length. It is economical as clothing.
