[Problem to be solved by the invention] Conventionally, a method has been used in which pieces of metal or plastic are bonded and fixed to appropriate locations on a glass bottle using an adhesive. A tapered surface is formed to make it easier to exit the mold. Therefore, when applying adhesive to attach a metal piece or plastic piece to the surface of the tapered surface of the shoulder, the distance between the tapered surface of the shoulder and the metal piece, etc. is equal to that of the edge. They are widely spread out, and their spacing varies. For this reason, when adhesive is applied and deposited on the tapered surface of the shoulder, the adhesive may flow along the slope of the tapered surface and become unevenly distributed toward the edge of the shoulder. When applying pressure to secure the adhesive after applying it, a phenomenon was observed in which the adhesive protruded from one side of the metal piece.
Furthermore, the distance between the shoulder and the metal piece cannot be adjusted, resulting in an imbalance, and a phenomenon in which parts such as the metal piece float up and flop. It is difficult to remove or repair such protruding portions of the adhesive, which causes a significant decrease in the yield of finished products.

Also, from the point of view of the adhesive used to bond the glass bottle and the metal piece, it is necessary that the adhesive has a high adhesion affinity with both the glass bottle and the metal piece. Therefore, for example, a two-component reaction type epoxy resin or a hot melt resin composition can be used, but in this case, when glass bottles to which metal pieces etc. of arbitrary shapes are attached are produced in large quantities, for example, The hot melt resin adhesive compositions mentioned above are suitable. However, when not mass-produced, adhesives with relatively low viscosity may be used, and the adhesives tend to flow easily. As mentioned above, the shoulder region of the glass bottle is formed with a tapered surface during glass bottle molding, and the applied adhesive is in a state where it is easy to flow.
This is noticeable in adhesives with low viscosity. When using an adhesive with a relatively low viscosity in this way, the adhesive tends to flow and flows to the edge area of the shoulder, becoming unevenly distributed there and causing a deposited state, or There was a problem in that the adhesive protruded beyond the bonding surface between the metal piece, etc. and the glass bottle as described above.

Furthermore, since the metal pieces etc. that are coated on glass bottles are intended for aesthetic and decorative purposes as packaging containers, their form, size of coated area, etc.
There is a wide variety. Also, the type of adhesive to be applied,
It is complicated to individually set the viscosity, usage amount, etc. Even if this is set in advance, there will be variations in the gap between the glass bottle and the metal piece to be adhered. For this reason, even if adhesive is initially applied and deposited to fill the gap between the glass bottle and the metal piece, the adhesive may flow or be unevenly distributed along the tapered surface of the shoulder, especially if the adhesive is of low viscosity. There were drawbacks such as problems such as leakage to areas other than the adhesive surface.

For this reason, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 57-46746, for example, as a method of assembling a decorative metal body to a glass bottle, an elastic material is used between the bottle and the decorative metal body fitted on the outer peripheral surface of the bottle. A method is disclosed in which a molded assembly bullet is inserted and the assembly is fixed using its elasticity, and it is possible to securely fix it in this way, but a separate attachment member is required, leading to high costs. In addition, due to the mechanism of the assembled bullet, it is difficult to attach the decorative metal body to a desired location on the outer circumferential surface of the bottle, such as the shoulder, when the decoration is on a curved surface. There were flaws. Furthermore, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-118729, in a plastic bottle with a base cup attached to the bottom to ensure upright stability, a support part with a shape corresponding to the bottom part is formed, and a circumferential support part is formed on the top surface of the plastic bottle. A configuration is disclosed in which a plurality of grooves extending in the direction are formed and the bottom is joined with an adhesive, but in the present invention, unlike a plastic bottle, the bottle is a glass bottle and has a shoulder, and the plurality of grooves are formed in the molding process. Mechanisms that extend circumferentially have some drawbacks.

Fig. 1 is a partially cutaway plan view of the shoulder of a glass bottle according to the present invention, Fig. 2 is a front view of a glass bottle with a metal piece shoulder decoration according to the present invention, and Fig. 3 is an X-Y line in Fig. 1.
It is a schematic diagram of a line cross section. In the figure, 1 is the glass bottle body,
Reference numeral 2 denotes a shoulder portion, and 3 a metal piece attached to the shoulder portion 2 for decoration. The shoulder portion 2 has a tapered surface 7 due to the setting of the mold during molding of the glass bottle, and at the molding line, a non-smooth surface is formed at the joint, even if slightly, and the details of the molding line are On the surface on which the raised filaments extend, two protruding protrusions 5, 5 are arranged in a ridge-like manner, separated from each other at a predetermined interval, intersecting the forming alignment line 8 at right angles.
Next, the adhesive 4 for bonding and fixing the shoulder portion 2 and the metal piece 3 is first applied to the bulging top 6 of the bulging convex portion 5 on the side adjacent to the opening 9 of the glass bottle body 1, and then applying the adhesive 4 to the base. The adhesive is applied so as to be buried therein, and is formed with a raised height so as to fill the gap between the shoulder portion 2 and the metal piece 3. The applied adhesive uses the raised top portion 6 as a base and spreads in the lateral direction. Since it has the ridge-like length L, the applied adhesive 4 is fixed in a raised state, and the adhesive does not shift in position. Moreover, it has the effect of expanding the bonding area and stabilizing it. In this way, the shoulder part 2 and the metal piece 3
Since the gap in the gap is filled with the height of the adhesive 4 formed in a raised state, the shoulder 2 of the glass bottle body 1 and the metal piece 3 can be firmly fixed.

In the structure of the above-mentioned bulging convex strip 5 and the bulging convex strip 5 which are separated and connected, for example, the adhesive 4 is applied to the opening 9.
The adhesive 4 is applied to the bulging protruding strip 5 on the side closer to the bulge to bury the ridge apex 6, or is applied across the bulging ridge 6, but the adhesive 4 is applied to the other bulging protruding strip 5 that is connected If the adhesive 4 is not applied, or if it is applied, it is applied and deposited only on the opening 9 side of the raised top 6, the existence of the bulging convex stripes 5 is not the object of applying or raising the adhesive 4. , has the effect of preventing the adhesive 4 from flowing. Moreover, the joint part of the molding line 8 of the bottle shoulder forms a slightly non-smooth surface, and the adhesive that easily flows along the tapered surface along the molding line 8 is not suitable for the molding line 8. A protruding protruding portion 5 intersecting the line 8 in a perpendicular direction and protruding to block the flow acts to prevent the flow. That is, the adhesive 4 applied to the swollen convex strip 5 flows on the tapered surface 7 and is unevenly distributed in the direction of the edge 10 of the shoulder 2, and further prevents the adhesive 4 from protruding. It has the effect of preventing As a result, even if the shoulder portion 2 has an inclination such as the tapered surface 7 due to the design of the mold during molding, the flow and extrusion of the adhesive 4 are reliably prevented, thereby preventing a decrease in the yield of the finished product. There are benefits to be gained.

Even in the case of a structure in which two protruding protrusions 5 and 5 are arranged in a row, the adhesive 4 is applied to the protruding peaks of the protruding protrusions 5 on the opening 9 side, as shown in FIG.
In addition to the case where the adhesive is buried and straddled to form a heap and fixed, or when the adhesive 4 with relatively low fluidity is used, the adhesive 4 is attached to the bulging convex strips 5 and 5.
It is also possible to apply and deposit the adhesive 4 in a heaped state on either of them, or to fill the gap between them, for example, at the tapered surface 7, in a heaped state with the adhesive 4, so that the shoulder portion 2 and the metal piece 3 are fixedly formed. It is.

Further, it is also possible to configure only one bulging convex strip 5 protruding from the shoulder portion 2 and apply and deposit the adhesive 4, or to configure two or more bulges 5 separated and arranged in a row. can. These decisions can be made as appropriate by considering the type, shape, size, etc. of the glass bottle and the metal piece to be adhered, as well as the type, performance, etc. of the adhesive 4. Furthermore, the bulging convex stripes 5 can be provided on the body or bottom of the glass bottle body 1. In this case as well, by applying the adhesive, in addition to preventing blurring, the same effects can be achieved.

Next, in the present invention, the height of the bulging convex stripes 5, 5 is determined by considering the type, shape, size, etc. of the glass bottle and metal piece, as well as the form of the tapered surface 7 of the shoulder 2, and It is arbitrarily selected within a range that does not interfere with the demolding operation of the glass bottle body 1.
Further, these are appropriately determined in combination with the number of bulges and protrusions to be provided.

According to the present invention, when attaching a metal piece to the shoulder of a glass bottle, a ridge-like bulging convex strip is provided on the shoulder in a direction perpendicular to the molding line of the bottle shoulder, and the metal piece is bonded to the shoulder. Since the shoulder part and the metal piece are fixed with adhesive, the adhesive does not shift due to the bulging convex stripes, and the adhesive flows on the tapered surface of the shoulder part and flows out of the adhesive surface. Extrusion can also be prevented and stable and strong adhesion can be achieved.
