Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a lead wire from flipping from an outer frame and to reduce the number of connecting procedures of the lead wire by inserting the lead wire to a lead wire passing part of a lead wire fixing member, and rigidly connecting an end of the lead wire with a winding of a magnetic head core at the connecting part through soldering or the like. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire fixing member 5 is provided at the lower part thereof with a passing groove 51 through which a lead wire 3 is passed. A connecting part 52 is provided right at the side wall of the member 5. An end of the lead wire 3 is inserted into a through hole 53 formed at the connecting part 52, and soldered to an end of a winding coil 1 at the upper part of the connecting part 52. After soldering, an adhesive is filled between the lead wire fixing member 5 and an outer frame 4 thereby to fix the lead wire fixing member 5 to the outer frame 4. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the lead wire 3 from slipping and also the adjacent connecting part 52 from shortcircuiting. The number of connecting procedures can be reduced.

The winding coil end 1 of the magnetic head core is connected by soldering to one side of a terminal plate 2 having a steel foil pattern fixed to an outer frame 4, and the lead wire 3 is connected to the other end of the terminal plate 2. The mold resin 5 is filled. In other conventional examples, the winding coil end l of the magnetic head core and the end of the lead wire 3 are directly connected by soldering, or the lead wire 3 is communicated with a hole in the insulating plate 7.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the conventional configuration described above requires two connections for each signal line, which makes the work complicated and poor in productivity.
Further, work is required to prevent the mold resin 6 from flowing out at the part where the lead wire 3 is fixed to the outer frame 4, resulting in poor productivity. Furthermore, there was a problem that lead wire 3 easily came off. In addition, in another conventional example, the insulating plate 7 is used to prevent the mold resin 6 from flowing out, and furthermore, the tip of the lead wire 3 and the end of the winding coil 1 are
Since the wires are connected directly, the number of work steps is small. However, because the tips of the lead wires 3 are not aligned, it is necessary to proceed with the connection work while maintaining the distance from adjacent signal lines in order to prevent short circuits between signal lines, which causes problems in productivity and reliability. There was also the problem that lead wire 3 was easy to remove.

Effect: With the above configuration, the lead wire is pressed by the IJ-wire fixing member having the lead wire communication portion, so that it is possible to prevent the lead wire from being pulled out. Further, by separately providing a connection section on the side wall, it is possible to determine the position of the connection and prevent short circuits between adjacent connection sections, thereby reducing the number of man-hours for connection work.

In Embodiment 1, the winding coil end 1 of the magnetic head core has a predetermined lead wire 3 protruding from an insertion hole 53 positioned in the lead wire fixing member 5 to prevent a short circuit with the adjacent wire connection section or holder. Connected to the tip. At this time, the lead wire 3 is pressed and fixed to the outer frame 10 via the lead wire fixing member 5 to prevent the lead wire 3 from being pulled out. After the wire connection is completed, the lead wire fixing member 5 and the outer frame 4 are adhesively fixed with a mold resin 6 in order to protect the wire connection portion 52 and fix the lead wire fixing member 5 and the outer frame 4.

Effects of the Invention The present invention prevents or reliably pulls out the lead wire from the outer frame, and connects the wire easily and reliably using a separately provided connection section, thereby reducing the number of work hours required for connection. In addition, since the wires are connected in a pre-positioned state,
It is possible to prevent short circuits between adjacent wire connections, etc., and improve durability. Furthermore, since the wire connection portion is provided upright on the side wall of the lead wire fixing member, it is possible to perform wire connection work at a shallow position from the top surface of the outer frame, thereby significantly improving productivity.
