Claims (1)
周にわたつてシール嵌着用凹溝を形成し、その凹
溝にシールを嵌込むとともにそのシールの先端部
を相手側の外輪、内輪に対して接触せしめ、旋回
軸受内の充填グリースの漏出を防止するようにし
ているシール装置において、内輪たは外輪のシー
ル嵌着用凹溝に相対する外輪または内輪の対応位
置にグリツプ摺動用凹溝をその円周面の全周にわ
たつて形成し、一方、シールに上下方向に二又に
分かれたグリース保持リツプとダストリツプを形
成し、上記シールをシール嵌着用凹溝に嵌着する
ときグリース保持リツプをグリース溜り部に対す
る側に位置決めするとともに、グリース保持リツ
プのリツプ先端部をリツプ摺動面用凹溝の一方側
摺動面に、またダストリツプのリツプ先端部を上
記リツプ摺動面用凹溝の他方側摺動面に沿つてそ
れぞれ接触せしめて構成したことを特徴とする旋
回軸受のシール装置。 (2) 内輪の外周面側および外輪の内周面側の全
周にわたつてシール嵌着用凹溝を形成し、その凹
溝にシールを嵌込むとともにそのシールの先端部
を相手側の外輪、内輪に対して接触せしめ、旋回
軸受内の充填グリースの漏出を防止するようにし
ているシール装置において、上記シール嵌着用凹
溝に角形リングをそなえた軸受シールを嵌着し、
その軸受シールの摺動面部を相対する外輪または
内輪の円周摺動面の全周にわたつて接触させると
ともに、上記軸受シール嵌着位置に対してグリー
ス溜り部側でない外側位置に、ダストリツプをそ
なえたダストシールを内輪、外輪に対して設けて
構成したことを特徴とする旋回軸受のシール装置
