(Prior art) Until now, as a device for separating oil from blow-by gas leaking into the crankcase of an engine, a mist device installed upright in the crankcase as seen in Utility Model Application No. 55-94414 has been used. An expanded oil sump chamber is provided in the middle of the pipe, and a fan that rotates with the discharge flow of blow-by gas is installed in this oil sump chamber, and the oil sump chamber is opened to the mist pipe around the fan and the oil sump The outer periphery of the chamber is connected to the crankcase by an oil return pipe, and a circular chamber is arranged in the pipe connecting the engine breather hole and the air cleaner or intake manifold as in Utility Model Application No. 1983-25009. However, it is known that a rotating blade made of a paddle-shaped plate is provided inside the chamber, and a filter member and an oil storage chamber are provided outside of the rotor blade, and the oil storage chamber is passed through the oil van.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) By the way, in the former of the above conventional devices, the oil adhering to the surface of the fan installed in the middle of the mist pipe is simply splashed outward, and the fan itself is hard. Since the amount of oil held is small, and the fan is rotated by the gas flow, the gas and the fan rotate together, so there is not much expected collision effect and the oil separation effect is small. In addition, in the latter case, since the rotor blades are made of thin plate pieces, the amount of oil retained is small, as in the above-mentioned one, and the gas has less chance of colliding with the rotor blades as it wraps around them. Therefore, a filter is required on the outside of the rotor blades. There is.

Therefore, this invention provides an oil separation device in which the rotating body itself has a large amount of oil, has a high collision effect without causing gas to tangle, and has a smooth gas flow.

(Means and effects for solving the problem) Based on the above-mentioned purpose, this invention uses a hypercircular plate made of porous material inside a flat case as a device for separating oil from blow-by gas. The circular plate is rotated by a drive shaft, an inlet pipe is attached to the center of the lower wall of the case, a drain pipe is attached to the periphery, a through hole is provided in the center of the upper wall, and the upper The feature is that an outlet pipe is attached surrounding the through hole, and the blow-by gas flowing into the case from the inlet pipe collides with the lower surface of the hyperdisc rotating at high speed, crosses this, and flows upward. During the flow, oil particles in the gas adhere to and are trapped on the surface and internal tissue of the hyperdisc.
The gas from which the oil has been removed flows to the intake side through the outlet pipe, while the oil particles captured in the overdisc gradually aggregate and are scattered from the tip of the disc due to the centrifugal action of the disc, moving to the case wall and being moved to the drain pipe. It is returned to the oil pan.

(Embodiment) An embodiment of this invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In Fig. 1, reference numeral 1 indicates a flat cylindrical case, inside which a porous material such as a porous metal body or a porous ceramic body is placed. A hypercircular plate 2 of a required thickness made of a porous material such as sponge rubber or steel wool with wire mesh attached to the upper and lower surfaces for shape retention is accommodated, and its drive shaft 2a is attached to the upper and lower walls of the case 1. It is supported by bearings provided at the center of the case 1a and 1b, and extends downward to be connected to the motor m.An inlet pipe 3 is attached to the lower wall 1b of the case 1, and a drain pipe is provided around the periphery. Further, a plurality of outlet holes 6 are bored around the bearing in the upper wall 1a, and an outlet pipe 5 is attached to the center of the upper surface so as to surround the outlet holes 6.

As shown in Fig. 2, the case 1 is mounted on the cylinder head cover C of the engine E via a bracket b1, and the drive motor m is supported on the side of the head cover C via another bracket b2 . , the inlet pipe 3 is connected to the inside of the head cover C by a hose member h1 , the drain pipe 4 is connected to the oil pan O by a hose member h2 , and the outlet pipe 5 is connected to the air cleaner by another hose member h3 . Connected to AC or intake pipe K. However, this is just an example, and the case 1 and the inlet pipe 3 may be attached to the crankcase side.

When the engine E is in operation, the central part of the case 1, which is connected to the intake system through the outlet pipe 5, is in a slightly low state due to atmospheric pressure, and in this state, when the motor m is started, the overdisc is inserted through the drive shaft 2. 2
When the engine is rotated at a high speed (approximately 3,000 rpm to 5,000 rpm), blow-by gas close to atmospheric pressure leaks into the crankcase and enters the cylinder head cover C through the vertical pipe P. It flows into the lower side of 1.

Then, it collides with the lower surface of the rotating hyperdisk 2, and flows upward across it.
In the process, oil particles contained in the gas not only adhere to the surface of the porous perdisk 2, but also
The gas penetrates into the interior together with the airflow and is captured by the internal structure, and the gas from which oil particles have been sufficiently removed passes through the hole 6 in the center of the upper wall 1a and exits the outlet pipe. 5 Air cleaner AC

On the other hand, the oil particles adhering to the surface and internal tissue of the hyperdisk 2 gradually become larger and move sequentially in the circumferential direction due to the action of the centrifugal force of the rotating hyperdisc 2, scattering from the tip of the disk and causing the case 1 The oil adheres to the wall surface of the oil pan, falls onto the lower wall 1b, and is returned to the oil pan through the drain pipe 4.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, in this invention, a hyperdisc made of porous material is arranged inside a flat case, and this is rotated by a drive shaft, and the underside of the disc is Since the blow-by gas is made to collide with the casing and flow upward across the super-disc, the blow-by gas that enters the case does not become entangled with the super-disc, and the separation effect due to collision can be enhanced.
Moreover, the oil particles in the gas can be sufficiently captured not only on the surface of the hyperdisc but also by the internal structure, further improving the separation effect. Since it does not follow the flow, it is easy to take out, and the gas flow is smooth, so there is no risk of clogging.
