板を製造設備間で搬送する無人の自走式搬送台車に関す

は、磁気浮上ユニット6の機能を停止させることにより
、カセットケース保持台4はガイドピン5の支持により

され、したがって、シリコン基板1に発生する割れや欠
は等の欠陥も低減される。また、停車時には、カセット
ケース保持台4の浮上を停止させて台車本体7の所定の
位置にもどるようにしたことにより、停車後の位置精度
