Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain chromatic contrast and thereby draw any appropriate pattern on a surface to improve decorative properties by forming an uneven part on one surface of a tinted transparent film of a decorative adhesive sheet and laminating a reflective film with high light reflection factor or an adhesive layer on a surface where the uneven part is formed. CONSTITUTION:A decorative adhesive sheet 10 has a projecting part (a recessed part is acceptable) formed on one surface of a tinted transparent film 11, and also has a reflective film 13 with high reflection factor laminated on a surface where the projecting part 12 is formed. In addition, an adhesive layer 15 is laminated on the reflective film 13. The decorative adhesive sheet 10 constituted as described makes a wall or a floor decorative by peeling off a peel-off sheet 16 and attaching the adhesive layer 15 to the wall or the floor. As a projecting part 12 is formed on one surface of a tinted transparent film 11 of the decorative adhesive sheet 10, the tinted transparent layer becomes thick and therefore, a thick color appears in the projecting part 12 and a pale color appears in the other part. Thus a thick color can be developed by the projecting part 12 and a striped pattern can be drawn on the surface of the decorative adhesive sheet 10.

Furthermore, the method for producing a decorative pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention is a method in which a colored transparent resin sol is supplied onto a process paper through a comma coater and a colored transparent film is formed by a casting method, and the colored transparent resin sol is formed by a casting method by slightly vibrating the comma coater. Protrusions are formed on the top surface of the transparent film at appropriate intervals, and then a reflective film with high light reflectivity and an adhesive layer are sequentially formed on the top surface of the colored transparent film, or a light reflecting layer is formed on the top surface of the colored transparent film. This is a method for forming an adhesive layer with a high adhesive rate.

(Function) By forming uneven parts on one side of the colored transparent film of the decorative adhesive sheet, and laminating a reflective film or adhesive layer with high light reflectance on the surface where the uneven parts are formed, the uneven parts are In some areas, the transparent layer becomes thicker and a darker color appears, while in other areas a lighter color appears. In this way, by appropriately forming the uneven portions to create different shades of color, an appropriate striped pattern is drawn on the surface of the decorative pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet.

The decorative adhesive sheet 10 configured in this way has a release paper 1
By peeling off the adhesive layer 6 and pasting the adhesive layer 15 on the wall or floor, the wall or floor can be decorated. Here, since the decorative pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 10 has a convex portion 12 formed on one side of the colored transparent film 11, the thickness of the colored transparent layer becomes thicker in the convex portion 12, and a dark color appears. A light color appears in some areas. By exposing the dark colored portions using the convex portions 12 in this manner, a striped pattern can be drawn on the surface of the decorative adhesive sheet 10.

For example, when the convex portions 12 are formed in the width direction using a red colored transparent film 11 as in this example, a deep red color appears in the width direction where the convex portions 12 are located, and a light red color appears in other parts. As a result, a dark red striped pattern appears on the surface of the decorative adhesive sheet 10. By heating and drying the vinyl chloride resin sol 26 in which the convex portions 12 are formed to solidify it, the colored transparent film 11 is formed on the processing paper 22. Next, as shown in FIG.
A white vinyl chloride resin sol 27 containing titanium oxide is applied to the colored transparent film 11 to a certain thickness, and then the vinyl chloride resin sol 27 is heated and dried to harden it, thereby forming a reflective film 13. to form. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4, the adhesive layer 15 and the release paper 16 are laminated on the reflective film 13 by rollers 28 and 29, and the process paper 22 is peeled off from the thus laminated material. A decorative adhesive sheet 1o shown in the figure is molded.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, an uneven portion is formed on one side of a colored transparent film of a decorative pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and the surface on which the uneven portion is formed has a light reflectance. By laminating a highly reflective film and adhesive layer, the thickness of the color transparent layer becomes thicker in the convex parts, resulting in a dark color, and a lighter color appears in other parts. In this way, by appropriately forming the uneven portions to create shading of color, an appropriate pattern can be drawn on the surface of the decorative pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and a highly decorative decorative pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet can be provided.
