Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent oil from flow out and utilize a marine fence as a multipurpose marine fence by connecting the lower reinforcing member of a fence body and a float to each other by means of a connecting member and also locking the fence body to the bottom of the sea by means of a weight or an anchor. CONSTITUTION:An upper reinforcing member 17 and lower reinforcing member 18, which are formed in a hollow cylindrical shape or rectangular shape are provided to the upper and lower edges of a fence body comprising shield films 14. In addition, a float supporting arm 11, which is provided with a mounting section 21 whose cross section is same as that of the upper reinforcing member 17, is provided at the center of the fence body 10, and the float 12 of a hollow floating body is mounted on the end section of the arm 11. In the next step, the float 12 is connected to the lower reinforcing member 18 of the fence body 10 by a connecting member 15 such as wires. In addition, the fence body 10 and a buoy 2 are connected to each other by a wire 4, and the buoy 2 is connected to a anchor 3 by an anchor wore 5 and moored.

<Conventional technology> Conventionally, a typical oil fence has been constructed by attaching a float like a buoy to the top of a sheet-like skirt and suspending a weight below the skirt. to prevent oil from leaking. In addition, fish farming fences are made by attaching floats like buoys to the top of a fibrous net, and attaching weights to the bottom to partition the sea and release fish into the net to cultivate fish. I am using it.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, with such oil fences, when the FI4 is fast or the waves are high, the skirt of the oil fence is swept aside and the oil flows out from under the skirt and leaks. Alternatively, it is not possible to effectively prevent the oil from flowing out, such as when the waves go over the skirt or the float, causing the oil to flow out and leak together with the waves.

In order to prevent oil from leaking due to the effects of tides and waves in such general oil fences, the height of the skirt above the sea is increased, or the length of the skirt in the sea is increased to prevent oil from leaking. However, in order to increase the height of the fence at sea, the float must be large to stably support the fence, and the depth of the underwater fence, that is, the length of the fence, must be increased. If the length is increased, the weight must be made heavier because it is greatly affected by the movement of currents and waves, and this poses problems such as making it difficult and troublesome to effectively prevent oil from spilling.

Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to solve these conventional problems by providing a system with a sufficient height above the sea and a sufficient depth under the sea, which can effectively prevent oil leakage and which is suitable for fish farming. Our goal is to provide a multi-purpose marine fence that can also be used.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, according to the present invention, a marine fence is constructed of a shielding film made of a synthetic resin material and has longitudinally extending reinforcing members spaced apart from each other. a fence body provided with upper and lower reinforcing members along the upper and lower edges; and a float provided at the tips of float support arms extending diagonally downward on both left and right sides from the upper reinforcing member of the fence main body. The structure is characterized in that the lower reinforcing member of the fence body and the float are connected by a connecting member, and the fence body is anchored to the seabed by a weight or an anchor.

With the above-described configuration, the fence body made of the shielding film can be projected into the sea at a sufficient height by the floats attached to the tips of the float support arms extending diagonally downward on both sides from the upper reinforcing member of the fence body. Since the shielding film of the fence body can be positioned at a sufficient depth in the sea, the fence body can be stably moored and supported even against waves of considerable height and strong currents. Since such a marine fence can clearly demarcate a required area, it can effectively prevent oil from leaking out, and can effectively shield the area.

The float support arm 11 is, for example, in the shape of a dovetail, and is provided with a mounting part 21 in the center having the same cross-sectional shape as the upper reinforcing member 17 of the fence main body 10. An arm portion 22 extends to the end thereof, and a float 12, which is a hollow floating body made of urethane foam, other suitable synthetic resin material, or metal material, is attached to the end. The installation of the float support arm 11 is carried out, for example, by fitting the mounting portion 21 of the float support arm 11 into the notch 23 (FIG. 3) provided at the center of the upper reinforcement member 17 of the fence main body 10, and then attaching the upper reinforcement member 17 to the fence body 10. By inserting the mounting shaft 25 from the end of 17, it can be easily and firmly fixed. Further, the arm portion 22 of the float support arm 11 is preferably an adjustable arm that can be expanded and contracted like a telescopic tube, and that can be fixed at a desired length with a stop such as a ratchet type bottle. Furthermore, the float 12 attached to the tip of the float support arm 11 is connected to the shielding film 1 of the fence body 10 by a connecting member 15 such as stainless steel wire.
It is connected to the mounting part 26 that is fitted into the notch 24 of the lower reinforcing member 18 of 4, and can be reinforced and supported even more firmly. As shown in FIG. 6, a pair of hook-shaped mounting members 3 are provided on both sides of the adsorbent material 30, which has the property of adsorbing oil well.
1 is provided, and the attachment member 31 of the adsorbent 30 is hooked and attached to the upper reinforcing member 17 of the fence main body 10, thereby making it possible to recover oil. Such adsorbent 3
0 can be easily installed or removed by simply hooking the hook 32 of the mounting member 31, and can also be used for fish cultivation by using an appropriate purification material or substrate for culturing seaweed and plankton instead of the adsorbent 30. Of course, it can also be suitably used for.

In the marine fence 1 of the present invention configured in this manner, the float 12 is attached to the tip of the float support arm 11 extending diagonally downward on both left and right sides and attached to the upper reinforcing member 17 of the fence main body 10 made of the shielding film 14. In addition to being mounted and supported, this float 12 is connected to the lower reinforcing member 18 of the fence main body 10 by a connecting member 15 such as a wire, so that the fence main body 10, the float support arm 11, the float 12, and the connecting member 15 are integrated. The fence body 10 is constructed strongly and can secure a sufficient height above the sea for the fence body 10 which projects upwards from the float 12.

<Effects of the Invention> According to the marine fence 1 of the present invention configured in this way, the upper and lower reinforcing members 17 and 18 are provided at the upper and lower edges of the shielding film 14.
The fence main body 10 provided with the buoy 2 is connected to the required length as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG.
If the buoy 2 is connected to the anchor 3 by the anchor wire 5 and moored, the fence main body 10 will be installed at a sufficient sea height as shown in the figure, so even if the waves are high or Even if the current is fast, the shielding film 14 of the fence body 10 is suitably maintained in an upright state, and waves do not go over the fence body 10.
In addition, since the fence body 10 is not knocked down by waves or currents, it is possible to effectively prevent oil from flowing out and to prevent the oil from spreading and leaking. The fence body 10 can be made integrally and strongly with a connecting member 15 such as a stainless steel wire, and the fence body 10 can be made from a flexible shielding film 14 and can be connected to the adjacent fence body 10 with a suitable shielding film 28. It can be connected to any length, and has sufficient flexibility to allow it to bend freely against the waves.
