が振幅変調出力の場合、それほどのVSWR悪化
でない場合においても、変調度が高くなると、こ
の反射電圧が規定レベルを越え、サージ保護装置
が放送機を制御し、出力を止めてしまうことがあ
る。これをさけるためにある一定時間の確認時間
を設けまたは規定レベルを2段階に設定する等の
方策が行なわれるが、このようにするとこの確認
時間のため制御時間が遅くなるという欠点があ
る。
