系において、 アイドリング状態を検出するアイドル検出手段
と、アイドリング信号により低い周波数を選択す
る周波数設定手段と、アイドリング時に少ないパ
ージ量のデユーテイ信号を低い周波数で出力する
出力手段とを備えることを特徴とするキヤニスタ
