A mosaic panel consists of blind tiles attached to the surface of a panel frame to form a board surface, but the thickness of the mosaic panel is relatively thin and uniform throughout the board surface. The illumination lamp unit installed with this blind tile must also have its surface at the same height. However, inside an illuminated lamp unit, a lighting device such as a lighting board equipped with a light emitting diode and a control device such as a wiring board printed with resistors and the wiring necessary to control the lighting device are required, and these are installed in a blind tube shape. cannot be installed in a casing that has the same dimensions as the tiles and protrudes from the surface of the panel frame. Therefore, conventionally the 11th
As shown in the figure, a desired quadrilateral C is bored on the surface of the blind cylindrical tile B, and a light-transmitting light plate D made of acrylic resin or the like is fitted therein, and light is emitted from the rear of the panel frame 1. A lamp unit F equipped with a light emitting body such as a diode E is attached to and detached from a panel frame 1.

In addition, the present inventors have proposed a device in which the tile B and the lamp unit F can be pulled out together with the tile B in front of the panel frame by engaging the tile B and the lamp unit F, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13. Fairness 1
As in No. 9201, the lamp unit is sandwiched between legs formed on the tile, and an idea has been devised that allows the lamp unit to be handled as one unit.

However, in the conventional devices shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the illumination device such as a light emitting diode is located inside the case of the lamp unit installed in the tile, so the illumination range becomes narrow. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 13, the dimensions into which the illumination plate D can be fitted are limited to a range smaller than the inscribed dimension d' of the peripheral wall including the legs of the tile, and are much smaller than the external dimension d of the tile B. becomes. When trying to obtain a large illumination surface that is close to the external dimensions of the tile,
There are areas around the illumination surface where the light does not reach sufficiently. Therefore, there is a drawback that the size of the figure is restricted when determining the figure, and it is not always possible to obtain an illumination surface that is easy to see.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art. Furthermore, when using a large illumination surface that spans multiple squares, it does not have the drawbacks of conventional products, and can be handled only from the front of the panel, just like in the case of a single square illumination lamp unit. The object of the present invention is to obtain a casing for an illuminated lamp unit that can be used.

When one illumination display surface is large enough to span multiple squares, it can be inserted into the large rectangular thick tube portion 3 corresponding to the multiple squares and one of the multiple squares of the panel frame. The narrow cylindrical portion 4 is integrated. The illuminating plate 7 is attached to the front end of the thick cylindrical portion 3, the illumination device is attached to the inside of the thick cylindrical portion 3, and the control device is attached to the inside of the narrow cylindrical portion 4. When the short cylindrical part 11 that can be inserted into a plurality of ducts other than the one into which the narrow cylindrical part is inserted is integrally molded with the thick cylindrical part 3, the casing itself can be stably attached to the panel frame. Become something you can do.

It is assumed that a lighting device such as a light emitting diode is housed inside the thick cylindrical part 3, and a control circuit board with necessary wiring such as a resistor, ie, a control device, is housed inside the narrow cylindrical part 4. In this state, pull out and connect the power supply means such as a connector on the back side of the panel frame, and insert the narrow cylindrical part into the channel from the front of the panel frame, so that the stepped part 5 is supported on the surface of the panel frame 1. At the same time, the locking means of the narrow cylindrical portion engages with the back surface of the panel frame 1, so that the panel frame 1 can be easily mounted. At this time, the portion of the front surface of the thick cylindrical portion other than the surrounding wall thickness becomes an effective illumination surface.

The same effect also occurs when the thick cylindrical portion 3 corresponds to the size of a plurality of squares. At this time, the entire large illumination plate 7 extending over a plurality of squares is illuminated uniformly and with high brightness, and a display surface without shadows is formed.

The dimension of one side of the thick cylindrical portion 3 is approximately the same as the standard dimension of the squares of the lattice-like panel frame, that is, the pitch of the squares, but the narrow cylindrical portion 4 is approximately the same as the square hole 1a.
The dimensions shall be such that it can be freely passed through. However, the narrow cylindrical part 4 is integrally fitted with a leg piece 6 which is inserted into the channel 1a from the surface of the panel frame and engages with the back surface of the panel frame at the mounting position where the stepped part 5 abuts the surface of the panel frame. It is molded. This leg piece 6 is made to protrude from the side surface of the narrow cylindrical part 4, serves as a locking spring by bending, and has a hook formed at its tip. When the casing is pulled out, the leg pieces 6 are bent inward, and the hooks at the ends of the leg pieces disengage from the back surface of the panel frame. At the front end of the thick cylindrical portion, an illumination plate 7 on which necessary indications are written is attached by fitting or other arbitrary means. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, even when the leg piece is protruded from the side surface of the narrow cylindrical portion as a locking means, the narrow cylindrical portion has a relatively large size. This is used when necessary internal devices 8 such as a lighting device and a control device can be accommodated even if the depth is small. In other words,
It is used for mosaic panels where the grid size of the panel frame is relatively large.

The embodiments shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 are examples of an illumination lamp unit used in a panel frame having a small cell size. The differences from the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 are that the narrow tube portion 4 is made as thick as possible and has a longer dimension so as to pass through the channel, and that the side wall of the narrow tube portion is used as a locking means with the panel frame. The point is that the portion is cut out in a U-shape, and the inner portion thereof acts as the locking spring 9. The internal device 8 of this embodiment includes a lighting board 8a which directly faces the lighting plate 7 and is provided with lighting devices such as light emitting diodes, and a lighting board 8a which is arranged in a depth direction perpendicular to the lighting board 8a, and which is provided with lighting devices such as resistors. This is a wiring board 8b on which wiring necessary for control is printed.

Mosaic panels with small side dimensions can provide a finely detailed panel surface, but the display surface
The illumination surface is often required to have a size that covers multiple squares. In that case, as shown in FIG. 5, the two illumination lamp units shown in FIG.
It is also possible to cut out portions a and 3a and fit a large illuminating plate 7 to the front surface thereof. At this time, power is supplied to the two illumination lamp units using the dual connector 10.

However, when using the double connector 10, when the entire illumination lamp unit is pulled out to the front of the panel frame 1 in the connected state, a part of the panel frame becomes an obstacle and cannot be pulled out from the front of the panel frame. The effect of being able to assemble and repair by chisel work is lost. Therefore, when it is desired to obtain a large-sized illumination surface covering a plurality of squares, the casing of the illumination lamp unit of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 to 9 is used.

In Figures 6 to 8, a narrow cylindrical part 4 that can be inserted into one of the squares 1a is integrally molded on the back of a thick cylindrical part 3 whose external dimensions correspond to the standard dimensions of the two squares of the panel frame 1. do. A locking spring 9 is formed on the side surface of this narrow cylindrical portion 4 as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 above.
Furthermore, a short cylinder part 11 in the form of a blind cylinder is protruded from the back of the thick cylinder part facing the other grids of the panel frame 1 so as to fit into the grid a little as closely as possible.

In addition, in the conventional type shown in Figs. 11 to 13, the illumination plate D is attached to the end face of the blind cylinder-shaped tile, so the tile must be processed one by one, and the display must be changed. In this case, it was necessary to change not only the light plate but also the tiles, but in the present invention, only the light plate is changed.

According to the casing of the illumination lamp unit for mosaic panels of the present invention as set forth in claim 1, the illumination unit can be pulled out in front of the panel frame with the wires connected, and assembly and repair are easy. Rather than attaching a cylindrical tile to the front of a lamp unit housed in a cylindrical case, the illumination device is housed in a case in which the part corresponding to the tile is integrally molded, so the illumination area relative to the illumination plate is It can be made as large as possible. This means that it is possible to obtain a relatively large illuminated display surface that matches the grid of the panel frame, and to make the display surface easy to see without creating shadow areas where insufficient light reaches. There is an effect that it can be done.
