Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition improved in heat resistance, adhesion to a glass substrate and humidity resistance by mixing a copolymer of glycidyl methacrylate with an ethylenically unsaturated fluorine compound with an epoxy curing agent and an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:Glycidyl methacrylate is copolymerized with an ethylenically unsaturated fluorine compound in the presence of a polymerization initiator to obtain a copolymer (A). 100 pts.wt. component A is mixed with 0.1-40 pts.wt. epoxy curing agent (B) (e.g. 2-phenyl-2-methylimidazole), 30-900 pts.wt., per 10 pts.wt. in total of components A and B, organic solvent (e.g. ethylcellosolve acetate) and optionally an epoxy resin having at least two epoxy groups in the molecule, an antioxidant, a silane coupling agent, etc., and the resulting mixture is dissolved by mixing at ordinary temperature to 80 deg.C to obtain a resin composition.

を除去し、次いて、更に180°Cて1時間加熱硬化を
行ない、塗膜を硬化させ、保護膜(硬化膜)を有するカ
ラーフィルターを得ることかできる。

カラーフィルター保護膜用樹脂組成物を配合し、これを
ガラス板上にスピンコードにより1〜3μmの膜厚て塗
布後、塗膜を70°Cで30分間乾燥し、次いで180
℃で1時間熱硬化を行ない、ガラス板上に形成された硬
化物(硬化膜)の耐熱性、密着性(初期)について評価
し、又、更に100°Cの熱水中に1時間放置した後の
密着性(熱水処理後)についても評価した。

ものほと密着性にすぐれている。
