Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain such a cable holder that a core wire does not have an excessive bend even if a device box moves while it is in the wired condition by installing the cable holder which has an axis-like projected part or a circular hole-shaped recessed part on its one end rotatably at a cable leading out position of the device box, with the projected or recessed part of the holder being set in the cable leading out position of the device box. CONSTITUTION:A cable 9 is held by a holder 1 at the rear end of a board of a device box 8. The holder 1 is a polyethylene molding. It has, on the front surface of a disk part 1, a cable holding device which holds the cable 9 tightly. The cable holding device is constituted of a band 12 and a band 13 with a fastener which are so installed as to face each other. As for an axis-like projected part, an axis part with a neck 14 is installed in the center of the rear surface of the disk part 11. The axis part with a neck 14 of the holder 1 is pushed into a fixation hole 2 which is made on the board of the device box 8 and the neck part is caught on the rear surface of the board of the device box 8 so that the holder may not slip out of the hole. Thus, the holder is fixed on the board of the device box 8 rotatably since the neck part of the holder is loosely fit in the hole of the board of the device box 8.

That is, as the holder 1 holding the cable 9 rotates in the direction of pulling or bending the cable 9, no unreasonable bending force is generated in the holding part, but in the device casing 8 beyond it. For bending, if a distance and extra length are provided before the fixed part at the end of the cable 9, the bending and tensile forces can be easily and reliably absorbed.

Further, even if the device housing 8 is moved relatively largely, the tensile force and compressive force of the cable 9 can be alleviated by moving the holder 1 by means of the slider 23 sliding on the guide member 22. For example, if it is pulled, it will move a predetermined amount in that direction and the pulling force will be absorbed.

The route and length of the guide member 22 may be set so as to be movable in a direction that effectively affects the movement of the device casing 8. This can be easily realized using a known mechanism such as a floater 23 that engages with the slit and slides along its entire length along the slit without coming off.

As shown in Fig. 1(a), the holder 1 is a polyethylene molded product, and has a disc portion 1 of 15φ x 4mm.
A band 12 and a band 13 with fasteners are protruded from the front surface of the holder as cable holding means for holding the cable 9 in a tight manner, and a necked shaft portion 14 is provided at the center of the back surface as a shaft-shaped convex portion. is installed vertically.

As shown in FIG. 1(b), the cable holder 3 to which the holder 1 is rotatably attached has a fixing hole 82 drilled in the board of the device housing 8, and the necked shaft of the holder 1 Part 14
By inserting and pushing in, the neck part gets caught on the back side and loosely fits into the stopper, and is fixed rotatably.

Thus, even if the cable 9 is pulled or bent on the outside,
The holder 1 immediately rotates in that direction, eliminating the generation of unreasonable bending force, and the tensile force is stopped at the tensioned portion, without affecting the inside.

Furthermore, if the cable 9 has only a small amount of extra length on the outside, if the device housing 8 is moved on a tabletop, tensile or compressive force will be generated directly by the above-mentioned rotation, causing strain or difference in movement. In order to alleviate the support force, the cable holder 4 and the holder l are also allowed to rotate and move in the direction of external force.

As shown in FIG. 1(C), this movable cable holder 4 has a rotating and moving means composed of a rail-shaped guide member 22 and a slider 23 that is slidably engaged with the guide member 22. The guide member 22 is a rectangular cylindrical rail with a rectangular cross section that has a slit 21 on one side with both ends closed, and the floater 23 is a disk that moves freely within the cylinder and has a through hole 24 in the center.

If the necked shaft part 14 of the holder 1 is inserted from the outside through the slit 21 and into the through hole 24 of the swinger 23 and pushed in, the neck part will be caught on the back side to prevent it from being pulled out, and the loose fitting will fix it so that it can rotate freely. At the same time, it is attached movably along the slit 21.

Here, in order to most effectively reduce the movement of the device casing 8 or the force applied to the cable 9, the guide member 22 may be fixed to the device casing 8, for example by aligning the route of the slit 21 with the direction of movement. This is important, and in this embodiment, a guide member 22 with a length of 15 cm is fixed with screws along the rear edge of the substrate of the device housing 8, with emphasis on the influence of movement in the left and right direction.
