In the glass block of the present invention, a glass front material 1 and a glass back material 2 are removably joined to form a glass block main body 3. This configuration solves the above problem. [Function] Glass block body 3 has functional components 4 such as lighting equipment, clocks, etc.
Since the glass block A is housed in the glass block A, a wall constructed using the glass block A can be provided with functionality. [Example] The glass block main body 1 is made by removably joining a glass front material 1 and a glass back material 2. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, one end of a prismatic cylindrical resin-made holding member 5 is bonded to the surface material 1 of square rectangular glass via adhesive, and the other end of the holding member 5 is attached to a flat plate-like surface material 1. A glass block main body 1 is formed by removably connecting glass backing materials 2 with a connecting member 6 such as Velcro tape or a magic catch. A lighting fixture 4a is disposed as a functional member 4 on the holding member 5, and an insertion hole 8 for an electric wire 7 is bored in the bottom. Ventilation holes 9 are bored between the other end of the holding member 5 and the back material 2 and in the back material 2. or,
A clock 4b is attached as the functional member 4 to the opening 10 in the substantially central portion of the back material 2. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, one end of the holding member 5 is inserted into and joined to the inner peripheral surface of the surface material 1, so that it has the same shape as the other glass block A'. Further, a speaker 4c as a functional member 4 is attached to the opening 10 of the back material 2. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, one end of a plate-shaped holding member 5 is joined to the upper and lower surfaces of the opening side of the surface material 1, respectively, and an abbreviation protruding inward from approximately the center of the holding member 5 is formed. A glass block main body 1 is formed by removably inserting the opening-side end of a backing material made of rectangular flat glass between the shaped elastic spring piece 11 and the other end of the holding member 5. A clock 4b is arranged on the front side of 1. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the opening side ends of the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 2 are inserted into the joining groove 12 of the rubber holding member 5, which has an H-shaped cross section and opens outward. A glass block body 1 is formed. A liquid crystal film 4d is mounted inside the glass block body 1. The embodiment shown in FIG. 5 basically has the same structure as that in FIG. 2, and a slit 13 is formed in the back material 2.
The light from the lighting fixture 4a is allowed to leak through this slit 13. These plurality of glass blocks A are stacked together with ordinary glass blocks A' to construct a wall body B as shown in FIG. The wiring process for the electric wires 7 of the lighting equipment 4a etc. is performed by providing a wiring space 15 in the joint part 14 as shown in FIG.
This is done by forming a In FIG. 9, a joint cover 16 having a U-shaped cross section is removably attached to the wiring space 15 formed on both sides of the bonding material 17 using elastic force, and this joint cover 16 can be removed for maintenance. I'm trying to make it possible. [Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, a glass front material and a glass back material are removably joined to form a hollow glass block body, and lighting equipment, watches, etc. can be attached to the glass block body. Since the glass blocks house the functional members, the walls constructed using the glass blocks are provided with functionality such as lighting functions that are integrated with the walls.
