Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility that a capsule is burst, etc., before its use, and also, to easily use it by rotating a cover part, pressing the capsule and forming an outflow part of chemicals, etc., in its suitable place. CONSTITUTION:At the time of using the device, a cover part 22 is rotated against a main body part 21, and a pressing member 4 is moved through a space in a container 2 by a rotation of a rotation axis 27. The pressing member 4 faces a capsule 6. When it is furthermore rotated, the capsule 6 is pierced by a projecting part 42, or cracked, an outflow part is formed in the capsule 6 and chemicals in the capsule 6 start to flow out. The pressing member 4 intrudes into a capsule holding part 3, while furthermore crushing the capsule 6. In the end, the capsule 6 is crushed until the projecting part 42 is invaginated into groove parts 33, 34 engraved on the inside peripheral wall of the capsule holding part 3, therefore, the chemicals, etc., in the capsule 6 do not remain behind in the capsule 6 but flow out a from opening part and a flow hole 32, and are impregnated in an impregnating member 5.

However, the former method has a problem in that if the glass bottle breaks due to impact or the like during transportation, the filled drug solution may leak out before use. In addition, even with the latter, when the package is opened and taken out, the chemical solution adheres to the hands and fingers, resulting in problems such as stickiness and odor that cannot be removed.

When the pressing member 4 reaches the position shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 2, it faces the capsule 6. When the lid 22 is further rotated, the protrusion 42 pierces or cracks the capsule 6, forming an outflow portion in the capsule 6. As a result, the medicinal solution within the capsule 6 begins to flow out. The pressing member 4 further crushes the capsule 6 and enters into the capsule holder 3 through the front opening, which is an insertion port, of the capsule holder 3. Ultimately, the capsule 6 is crushed until the protrusion 42 enters the groove 33, 34 carved in the inner circumferential wall of the capsule holder 3. It flows out from the front opening and the flow hole 32 without remaining, and is impregnated into the impregnating member 5.

Then, the lid portion 22 is pulled away from the main body portion 21 to be slightly spaced apart, thereby forming a gap 28 between the lid portion 22 and the main body portion 21. As a result, the impregnated chemical solution evaporates outward from the gap 28.
