両面のボード用原紙に防湿塗装膜を形成して防湿
性を具備させているが、塩化ビニリデン樹脂のよ
うな防湿樹脂塗料をボード用原紙に塗装した際
に、塗料がボード用原紙内に含浸してしまい、均
一で薄い防湿塗装膜を形成できず、安定した透
湿、透水性能を具備させることができないという

なく、しかも透湿及び透水性能が安定した防湿石

[考案の開示]
本考案の防湿石膏ボードは、石膏ボード1の少

のボード用原紙2を被覆し、このボード用原紙2
に防湿塗装膜3を形成して成るものであり、この
構成により上記目的を達成できたものである。即
ち、ステキヒト・サイズ度が320以上のボード用
原紙2に防湿塗装膜3を形成しているので、防湿
性を確保できるのはもちろんのこと、防湿樹脂塗
料がボード用原紙2に含浸することがなく、均一

ある。このボード用原紙2は耐水性を示すステキ
ヒト・サイズ度が320以上(JIS P8122準拠)、吸
水度が15g/m2/40g/m2以下(JIS P8140)の
ものである。この実施例では石膏ボード1の片面
に塩化ビニリデン樹脂である防湿樹脂塗料を塗装
して防湿塗装膜3を形成している。防湿樹脂塗料
は塗布量が65〜100g/m2でカーテンフローコー
タにより均一に塗布し、熱風乾燥炉にて乾燥設定
温度が140℃以上、乾燥時間が15分以上の乾燥条
件で乾燥させて形成する。この場合ボード用原紙
2のステキヒト・サイズ度が320度以上であるの
で、防湿樹脂塗料がボード用原紙2に含浸しな
く、少ない塗布量、塗装回数で防湿塗装膜3を形
成できるものである。この実施例では石膏ボード
2の他面には防かび剤を塗布している。このよう
にして構成した防湿石膏ボードAの透湿度及び透
水量は防湿石膏ボードの品質基準である60g/
m2・24hr、40mg/cm3・7日以下であり、防湿塗装
膜4を形成した面を表面として天井材、壁材とし
て使用することにより、室内の湿気が天井裏など
に浸入することがないものである、尚、比較のた
め、種々のステキヒト・サイズ度のボード用原紙
を用いて同様にして防湿石膏ボードを製造し、ボ
ード用原紙のステキヒト・サイズ度と透湿度との
関係を第2図に示している。この結果、ステキヒ
ト・サイズ度が320以上であれば品質基準である
60g/m2・24hrとなることが判る。尚、本考案に
あつては石膏ボード1の両面にあるいは全面にス
テキヒト・サイズ度が320以上のボード用原紙2
を被覆し、防湿塗装膜3を形成したものであつて

できると共に透湿及び透水性能を安定させること
