BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, a side surface portion (hereinafter referred to as a fender mounting portion) 1a on which a fender 2 is attached to a pier 1 for a small boat generally extends from the lower surface side 3a of the pier body 3 to its lower end. Part 1
b extends to the low water level L of the sea surface at low tide (H is the high water level at high tide). This is due to various circumstances such as the size of the fender and the relationship between the ship's draft and sea level. At the fender mounting portion 1a, construction work such as concrete pouring was being carried out on the sea level at the site. 4 is a leg pile, and 5 is a ship.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention As mentioned above, when construction work such as pouring concrete for the fender attachment portion 1a of a pier is carried out directly on site, the following problems arise. In other words, since the concrete is being poured close to the surface of the sea, it is necessary to aim for construction at low tide to avoid being affected by seawater, which means that only a very short period of time is available for the work in a day. When concrete is poured, high quality concrete cannot be guaranteed because it is affected by rising water levels and waves. The formwork work will also be done between tides, making it difficult and time-consuming work.

Function In this invention, the side of the pier where the fender is attached is
The fender attachment part, which extends from the bottom of the pier body to near the sea surface, has a structure in which concrete blocks previously formed on land are attached to the bottom of the pier body with anchor bolts, so construction work at sea can be done simply by using concrete blocks. All that is required is the installation work to the pier body, which greatly reduces construction time and costs, and the concrete blocks are of high precision and quality and can withstand long-term use.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. The pier main body 12 of the pier 11 consists of a floor plate surface 13 and a girder part 14 on the lower surface side of the floor plate surface 13, and the fender attachment part 11a on the side surface of the pier 11 is connected to the edge part 14a of the girder part 14 of the pier main body 12. , and a pre-formed concrete block 15 integrally attached to the lower surface side 14b of the edge portion 14a. The concrete block 15 has a front part 15a to which the fender 16 is attached to the girder part 1.
flush with the end edge 14a of 4 and on the lower surface side 14
The width is the same as that of the girder part 14 from around b, and the lower end part 15b is formed to be around the water level of the sea surface at low tide (low water level), and the back part 15c is formed in a direction in which the thickness decreases toward the lower end part 15b. It is tilted. The concrete block 15 is integrally attached to the lower surface side 14b of the edge portion 14a of the girder portion 14 with an anchor bolt 17.
When the concrete blocks 15 are preformed, a predetermined number of blocks are embedded in predetermined positions. Also, the concrete block 15 is attached to the girder section 14.
In order to attach the anchor bolt 17 to the end edge 14a of the girder 14, a steel pipe 18 through which the anchor bolt 17 can be inserted is embedded in the end edge 14a of the girder 14 at a location corresponding to the position of the anchor bolt 17. A notch 1 for tightening the anchor bolt 17 with a tightening nut 17a is provided in the side floor plate portion 13.
3a is provided, and before or after tightening the anchor bolt 17 with the tightening nut 17a, non-shrinkage mortar is injected into the steel pipe 18 through which the anchor bolt 17 is inserted, and the notch 13a where the tightening nut 17a is attached is made of concrete. Fill it in and complete it as the floorboard part 13. concrete block 1
The upper surface side 15d of the girder 14 and the lower surface side 14b of the end edge 14a of the girder 14 are joined with mortar, but both sides have some unevenness, making it difficult for mortar grout to cover the entire surface. When forming the block 15, the upper surface side 15d
A bearing plate 19 is appropriately embedded in the concrete block 15 on the lower surface side 14 of the girder end edge 14a.
When attached to the lower side 14b and the upper side 15d, a gap 20 is formed between the lower side 14b and the upper side 15d, and after tightening with the anchor bolt 17 and the tightening nut 17a, the gap 20 is filled with non-shrinkage mortar grout 21, and both sides are Join. 22 is a wedge for position adjustment when attaching the concrete block 15.

Girder end edge 14a of concrete block 15
To attach the concrete block to the concrete block 1, pass the concrete block suspension wire 24 through the through holes 23 provided in the floor plate part 13 on both sides of the girder part 14.
5 is hoisted up by a crane (not shown) or the like, the anchor bolt 17 is inserted into a predetermined steel pipe 18, and after positioning, the anchor bolt 17 is tightened with a tightening nut 17a. Then, as described above, the inside of the steel pipe 18 and the gap 20 are filled with non-shrinkage mortar grout. Also tightening nut 1
The notch 13a of the floor plate portion 13 to which 7a is attached is filled with concrete. As shown in FIG. 3, it is preferable to fill the outer periphery of the joint between the end edge 14a of the girder and the concrete block 15 with epoxy mortar 25 from the viewpoint of waterproofing and rust prevention.

Effects of the invention By using the structure of this invention for the fender attachment part of the pier, the construction work becomes extremely easy, the construction period is significantly shortened and construction costs are reduced, and high-quality concrete can be used, resulting in long-term maintenance. Can withstand use. Furthermore, since a bearing plate is interposed between the lower surface of the pier body and the upper surface of the concrete block, even if there are slight irregularities on both sides, the mortar grout will cover the entire surface and maintain a good bond between the pier body and the concrete block. Can be joined.
