ントは工場敷地内に単独に設置されることは少な
く、通常は新規アスフアルト合材を製造するアス
フアルトプラントと並設されることが多い。

に、前記骨材ドラムのコンベヤ側より廃材ドラム
を挿入して骨材ドラムに固定し、該廃材ドラムの
先端部にはドラム軸心に対し直角方向に排出通路
を配設し、該排出通路は骨材ドラム壁を貫通させ
て骨材ドラム外周部に周設した排気用環状通路に
開放し、排気用環状通路上部には前記骨材ドラム
の排気煙道と連結する排気煙道を配設し、排気用
環状通路下部には排出シユートを配設するととも
に、骨材ドラムの周壁に沿つて適宜間隔で透孔を
穿設し、該透孔を内側よりバーナ側に開口部を有
したカバー体で包囲する一方、外周部からはリタ
ーン用環状通路で包囲し、該リターン用環状通路
と前記廃材ドラムとを排風機を介在させた煙道で
連結し、かつ廃材ドラムの前記煙道連結側に廃材
供給用の廃材コンベヤを配設したことを特徴とす
るアスフアルト合材製造装置を提供するものであ
る。

端部の排出用環状通路を経て排気煙道へと導出さ
れ、骨材ドラムより導出される排ガスと合流し下
流へと流れていくのである。

ーナ4より骨材ドラム1内に熱風を送り込む一方
各種粒径別に新規骨材を貯蔵する骨材ホツパ5よ
り新規骨材をコンベヤ6を介して骨材ドラム1の
他端部より供給し、新規骨材を掻上げ羽根2で掻
上げながら骨材ドラム1内を転動流下させる間に
新規骨材を所望温度まで加熱し排出部7より排出
する。前記バーナ4の燃焼量制御は、排出部7に
配設した温度センサ8によつて加熱された新規骨
材の温度を検出し、予め設定した骨材温度となる
ように燃焼量が制御される。9は骨材ドラム1の
周壁に沿つて適宜間隔で穿設された透孔であつ
て、骨材ドラム1内側からは開口部をバーナ4側
に有したカバー体10で包囲して骨材ドラム1内
を転動流下する新規骨材が透孔9から流れ出ない
ようにしてあり、骨材ドラム1外周部に前記透孔
9を包囲するリターン用環状通路11を配設して
いる。12は廃材を加熱する廃材ドラムであつ
て、内周部に多数の掻上げ羽根13を周設した円
筒状のドラムを骨材ドラム1に挿入して固定して
あり、骨材ドラム1と共に回転するようになつて
いる。14は骨材ドラム1内を通過する熱風の一
部をリターン用環状通路11より廃材ドラム12
に導くための煙道であつて、該煙道14に配設し
た排風機15により回転ドラム1の周壁に穿設し
た透孔9から熱風の一部を吸引し、必要に応じて
配設した集塵機16で飛散するダストを捕捉しな
がら廃材ドラム12内に熱風を送り込む一方、廃
材ホツパ17より廃材コンベヤ18を介して廃材
を廃材ドラム12内に供給し、掻上げ羽根13で
掻上げながら転動流下させる間に所望温度まで加
熱している。廃材ドラム12の先端部にはドラム
軸心に対し直角方向に排出通路19が配設してあ
り、該排出通路19は骨材ドラム1の壁を貫通し
て骨材ドラム1の外周部に周設した排気用環状通
路20に開放してあり、排気用環状通路20の上
部には排気煙道21を、排気用環状通路20の下
部には排出シユート22を配設してある。前記排
気煙道21は骨材ドラム1の排気煙道23と連結
してあり、廃材ドラム12内を通過したガス流は
排出通路19、排気用環状通路20及び排気煙道
21を経て骨材ドラム1内を通過したガス流と合
流し、下流の集塵装置24、排風機(図示せず)
を経て煙突より大気中に放出される。25,2
6,27は両ドラムの風量調整用ダンパーであ
る。28は排出部7と排出シユート22間に配設
したスクリユーフイーダであつて、排出シユート
22の下部に配設した開閉弁29を閉じ前記スク
リユーフイーダ28を駆動することによつて廃材
ドラム12より排出される材料を骨材ドラム1よ
り排出される新規骨材に混入できるようにしてい
る。30は開閉弁29の開放時に廃材ドラム12
より排出される材料の温度センサであつて、廃材
ドラム12へ送り込む熱風量を調整する風量調整
用ダンパー25の開量制御にフイードバツクされ
る。

サ30で検出して骨材バーナ4の燃焼量制御及び
開閉ダンパー25の開量制御にフイードバツクす
ることによりそれぞれの骨材を所定の温度となる
ようにコントロールしている。加熱された新規骨
材はプラント本体に搬送され、各種粒経別に篩分
けて貯蔵ビンに貯蔵され、また加熱された廃材も
プラント本体に搬送されて廃材貯蔵ビンに貯蔵さ
れる。なお、開閉弁29を閉じスクリユーフイー
ダ28を駆動して廃材を新規骨材に混入させるこ
ともできる。
