PURPOSE:To attempt cost down by way of making the size of a device smaller by carrying out electric connection between drive hybrid ICs by connection of the drive hybrid IC and a liquid crystal display panel through an aeolotropic conductive film and wiring on the liquid crystal display panel. CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal display panel 1 is electrically connected to drive hybrid ICs 11-21 with an aeolotropic conductive film. The drive hybrid ICs 11-14 are mutually electrically connected to each other by connection of the drive hybrid ICs 11-14 and the liquid crystal display panel 1 and wirings 31-33, and power source voltage and a drive signal are applied from an outer circuit by a flexible cable 2. Subsequently, the drive hybrid ICs 15-18 are mutually electrically connected to each other by wirings 34-36, and the drive hybrid ICs 19-21 are done so by wirings 37, 38, and power source voltage and a drive signal are applied from the outer circuit by the flexible cable 2.
