部に対し、合成樹脂により成形し、かつ舌片部に
嵌挿可能な支持孔をその一面より厚み方向中間で
奥に向かつて凹設した爪部材をその支持孔により
挿脱可能に冠着すると共に、前記舌片部に取付穴
を設け、一方、前記爪部材の支持孔内面に前記取
付孔に弾撥嵌合可能な突起を舌片部挿入方向と直
交方向に尖設して、挿着時、前記取付孔に上記突
起が弾撥的に嵌合し得る如く構成せしめた点にあ
る。

に、該支持孔22の内面のうち、前記舌片部19

に示す如くガイドレール部材11が物品投入部2
4から物品送出部25に亘り機枠に固定した状態

に連結されていて、ここに所定間隔をおいて複数
の爪部材21を装着した無端状のローラーチエン
12が摺動可能に挿通されていると共に、該ロー
ラーチエン12が前記チエンガイド溝15の途中
に設けた駆動用モータ26によつて回動するスプ
ロケツトに噛合しており、モータ26の駆動によ
り矢印X方向に摺動するようになつている。 本考案のチエーンコンベアは、叙上の如き構成
を有しており、次にその作用について説明する
と、先ず、ローラーチエン12に対し、物品搬送
用の爪部材21を装着する場合は、ローラーチエ
ン12側を固定し、該ローラーチエン12に装着
したアタツチメント19の舌片部19bを爪部材

アタツチメント舌片部に穿設した取付孔に対し弾
撥的に嵌合することにより両者を挿脱可能に連結
したものであるから、従来の如き取付用のビスを
使用することなく爪部材とローラーチエンとの結
合を図ることが可能で、チエーンコンベアの組立
が容易になると共に、部品点数を大巾に削減し、
製造コストの高騰を抑制し得るというすぐれた効
果を発揮する。 また、本考案はローラーチエンのガイド溝が合
成樹脂製で断面T字形になつているため加工が容
易であると共に直線部、アール部と共にT字形溝
に形成できるためスプロケツトや軸受などの付属
部品が不要であり、更にアール部はなめらかな曲
線であればどのような形状も駆動可能となつてチ
エーンコンベア機構を頗る簡易構造化することが
できる利点がある。 しかも、本考案によれば、物品搬送用の爪部材
の脱着を迅速に行うことが出来るため、メンテナ
ンスが容易で、また爪部材として被搬送物品の形
状に適合したものに容易に取り替えることが出来
るため搬送時における被搬送物品の搬送保持が確
実となり、落下や損傷をも未然に防止することが
できるという効果も期待される。
